The room I got is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. If you cannot carry your luggage, you have to ask for assistance upon check out (since they will assist you to your room upon check in). The fridge (ref) is not working. Turned it on upon check in, not even a slight hint of cold in the morning. I did not check if it was plugged as I did not assume that it was there as a display (right?). The water heater is a tricky part. It turns on whenever it feels like turning on. 😅 At some point it heats up then suddenly not. The aircon is ok, works just fine. What i dont understand is where the not so good smell is coming from. It started smelling funny during the night. In the morning its ok. Overall, the hotel is not properly maintained. I dont know if i can say that it is a value for money since it is cheaper than most hotels around the area. But it was supposed to be a business hotel, so i got my expectations high. Sadly, that was not the case.

We had a lovely stay! Clean and tidy room, loved the ambiance but a few hotel anemties provided in the room, need to go to the front desk to get it. Also, lights of the room is quite dim. Great expercience! The staff was very helpful and their service was tremendous! The food was also superb. Would like to accomodate again in the near future~

For that price I would say it is an Ok hotel but there are other good hotels in the vicinity if the budget can go up. The hotel has a decent size swimming pool, car parking is ample space and on weekends locals come to stay and have pool side fun time with families. The FnB is limited however well prepared. The staff is courteous. The room I stayed had old furniture in it. The breakfast buffet is available but it is very basic. Another downside is the location..one cannot walk and go to nearby restaurants or bars. There is nothing near around as the hotel is in an industrial area. Like I mentioned, with that price it is ok but I would increase my budget to try another hotels nearby which are newer.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menakjubkan di sini! Perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan dan peralatan tempat tidur yang disimpan dengan baik. Saya mempunyai komen dengan bilik mandi walaupun, saya harap ia boleh menjadi lebih wangi, dan ia memerlukan lebih banyak penjagaan. Tetapi tidak menjejaskan keseluruhan pengalaman hotel.

As the title says, I arrived an hour early for the 2pm check in and requested for an early check in. The staff + supervisor wouldn’t let me. So I asked how much I need to add to be accommodated for an early check in -I was immediately given my room card. So despite the room being available, they wouldn’t let me have an early check in even for a mere hour. Everything was all about money. My sleep quality in the deluxe room was terrible as I could hear the TV and the loud music from the other room all night long. The sound proofing was terrible. I ordered room service food (yang chow for P120) and the one served to me didn’t look anywhere near the yang chow from the photo in the menu. It tasted like I was eating plain rice (kinda looked like burnt rice, not yang chow at all). I could have ordered plain rice for P40 instead of wasting P120 on a yang chow that didn’t look and taste anything like yang chow. I’ve always checked in here during Xmas and New Year but this has by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here.

Toilet would not flush and also, we checked in for a few days and they had a policy that they only provide bottled water the first night. I was advised that if I booked 1 day , re checked in, book and re-checked in, then these amenities would then be provided. Also, towels were not provided the next day, again this must be requested. @ 4k a night, these should be standard, jmho
