Hotel Perniagaan di Santiago

The hotel is located in heart of Santiago, and accessible to all shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and many more. The room is clean and staffs are very friendly and useful. They are willing to assist and make your journey easy. Kudos to Gonzalo Ceriani and Alexander Zambrano, who are the front desk staffs, both are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel if you are in Santiago. Overall experience are exceptional!!!

I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Muy bien el servicio del hotel, pero la cama ”extra grande” no es tan ”extra”, sino solamente grande. Esperaba una cama más grande. La atención del personal muy buena, muy amable. Respecto del acceso, desde el estacionamiento, debo decir que es muy malo. Está muy mal señalizado cuando uno llega en auto. No hay letreros claros que muestren dónde está el ingreso al hotel.

El hotel siempre está correcto en todo sentido. El problema es la plataforma de reserva. Me anularon la reserva sin avisar nada. Llego al hotel y me informan que la reserva estaba cancelada por suerte el personal del hotel es amable y ente dieron la situación y me respetaron la reserva como fue realizada. Dudaría en hacer otra reserva familiar en trip.com

This hotel is a fine place for an overnight or conference. Set out in 3 adjoining blocks it can be a bit fun finding your room, which might be a distance away. Reception and most staff helpful and friendly but some of the room cleaning staff the opposite. Also, some other cleaning staff seemed more concerned with joking and keeping out of sight than working. Overall, though no impact on us but a shame for management and hotel chain to have such staff.

I liked their restaurant a lot - they have good people there. The rooms were as expected - perfect. The bathroom was the only thing, I did not like. The design was not suitable for rooms with wooden floors. The window had a wooden support - one can sit there, Lovely view.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights during a business trip. PROS: the room (I stayed in room 311 which is a suite) was very spacious. Large living room, bedroom and bathroom. The room is very clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was delicious and the food was consistently refilled. Even 10 min before the end of the breakfast time, there was no shortage of anything. The bed was really comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. CONS: the check in process took forever. I arrived early in the morning after a long flight from NY. The young lady in the reception took about 30 minutes to check me in. She kept offering me to have breakfast while she was checking me in. Even after I got my room key, she still asked to keep my passport to finish the check in process. The WiFi was really slow and kept getting disconnected. Fortunately I didn’t have to work from the room. If I needed to, it would have been impossible. The decor is really dated. Looks like nothing has been changed since the 1990s. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

酒店整體還可以，但是價格偏高。住宿是可以住宿，但是裏面的包車特別差勁，其中一個司機師傅素質很差，中午我請吃飯還不忘自己再多額外點東西拿着，一路上加價，説這裏要收費，那裡要收費，談好的是按照里程收費，結果價格他自己亂價亂定，就跟***一樣，在路上行駛還跟其他人發生口角，大家千萬別在這個酒店租車，説好包車按理程，因為我們是走訪客户，一站一停，一天下來跑了不到200公里，説這裏跑了500公里，最後竟然收了我們400美金。

Well located. Our room was spacious with a nice modern decor. The lobby of the hotel is pleasant. However, when we arrived late at night we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests - no compensation or other remedy offered when we reported the problem (although we did not ask because we find it embarrassing, but I would have expected an immediate offer not to charge one night). The breakfast looks great at first sight, but if you are looking for a bit more, such as fat free milk or yogurt, or a good variety of fruit, or some smoked salmon, it's not available.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
