Nossa estadia foi ótima! O serviço de quarto é bom, quarto e banheiro bem limpinhos! Café da manhã gostoso. Hotel tranquilo, funcionários queridos. Se você puder se hospedar na Providência eu diria que será melhor, mas a localização do hotel é boa se você gostar de caminhar para explorar o centro e não tiver problema em pegar Uber para locais mais distantes. Resumindo, foi tudo maravilhoso! Ah! Eles deixam seu café da manhã pronto para viagem, caso vá fazer passeios que iniciam de manhã bem cedo.

Very cute hotel close to the historical sites of Santiago. Attractions like Patio Bellavista are in walking distance and the staff are very nice

PPengguna Tetamu酒店在一個轉盤路口，交通還算方便。到旁邊的商場步行大概10分鐘。周邊區域比較安全，中國人住的也比較多，設施比較老了。
服務還可以，門廳會主動打招呼，幫忙拎行李，開門。
房間打掃第一天未補充瓶裝水，未更換毛巾，地巾打開還是第一天的濕的。住了5天，未補充洗漱用品或潤膚露（洗漱用品是掛牆的大瓶裝，和快捷酒店一樣），未補充一次性拖鞋。
房間每天打掃兩次，晚上有開床服務加打掃。後面兩天客房打掃服務還行。
客房點餐價格還比較合適，服務也不錯，口味也好。
早餐相對比較簡單，幾乎都是冷食，不適合中國胃。有冷切水果，獼猴桃，橙子，草莓，都比較酸+香蕉蘋果。有一個枱子是麥片堅果類，一個枱子麪包類，一個枱子冷食火腿煙燻三文魚類，其他沒什麼了。早餐個別服務員不是很好，其中一個年紀大點的男服務員，就倒了個咖啡，沒啥互動，在離開的時候讓等着，讓簽單小費（you HAVE TO sign this bill）。説了這個，肯定不給了。
樓下的日料和祕魯融合餐廳用餐，生魚片上桌的時候，底層的冰已經一半化成水了，導致生魚片已經泡在水裡。醬油是老抽，不過隔壁阿根廷朋友説他們這一圈都是用這種醬油。當成普通餐廳吃吃還好吧，當成高檔餐廳還是有距離

JJon BarfootThis was not our usual pick for Santiago but we had meetings nearby and took a chance. The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.

PPengguna TetamuI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

**Exceptional Stay at The Grand Harbor Hotel!**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Harbor Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in quick and easy. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the harbor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided ensured I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout my visit, which was a huge plus for both business and leisure purposes.
The hotel’s on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also had the chance to try dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was top-notch, with creative dishes that were expertly prepared.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s spa, which provided a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The services were indulgent, and the staff were professional and attentive.
The location is perfect—close to the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, but also peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

LLKHAGVASURENThe best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

PPengguna TetamuThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

DdisasterEXEMy wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.
