The room is clear and large, highly recommended for tourism and vacation people

Safe and convenient: Located in a commercial and residential area next to Av Alameda Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, above an underground shopping mall, walking distance from Plaza de Armas and pedestrian street, but there is no sign on the avenue, so it is difficult to find. Cost-effective: It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and beautiful mountain views.

The room is cleaned every day and mineral water is delivered. The hotel room is large and the location is very convenient. There are many attractions around and there is also a Metrobus station.

The facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are good, the travel is convenient, and the service is warm and friendly.

離機場大巴終點站很近，小套房處於高層，不但能看到市景，而且能看到周圍的山脈。體驗很不錯！推薦！

We were overcharged for 2 people staying in the room. Never seen this happen before. I paid for a room for 2 people, and when I got there they charged us an extra 80 USD for two people to stay in the room. We had no choice but to pay. Then we got to the room just to find out the tiny bathtub with plastic curtains where you shower, old furniture, soft bed and old hair dresser. Oh, and the Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. Don't stay here.

RQ staff were so kind, and flexible.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Small room, tiny bathtub, overheated, pool unavailable, breakfast in a box, cleaning personal comes in and out...

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

Female staff at check in was not very helpful.
