The property location was the highlight. It was very centric and close to many shops, malls and restaurants. The staff was quite friendly and facilities were very clean overall. The food in their cafe/restaurant was okay, but can still use some improvement. Pool was very small, but quite nice to cool off after long day in the city heat. I rented my own car, but traffic is very hectic so allow yourself plenty of time if you need to move around. Parking was not an issue. The room was very spacious and very comfortable bedding. Sadly there was no refrigerator in the room, so you can't store any take out or drinks anywhere. The top shower head was a little rusty, but didn't bother me. The most negative remark was how noisy the AC system runs. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep at night. The windows weren't sound proof either, so you could hear the outside traffic noise too. They were also renovating the elevators, so only one was in service, so long waits going up/down at times.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The location was great, especially with food places in walking distance. Ex: The AppleBees is only a block away. I loved that there’s a bakery right next to the hotel that sells lunch and dinner options for good prices. My room was great. The two disappointing things were there was no hot water and the mattress was hard. Putting that aside, I would stay at this hotel again.

Good afternoon, I waited to give my feedback because I did not travel at all due to troubles in my country. Though the hotel was notified the same day in the afternoon and many messages sent, the hotel charged me the full amount of my 6 nights stay. They finally replied to charge me for 2 nights, the credit has not been given. I agreed to pay for the first night only, but so far I have not received a reply. I told them that whenever possible, I would reserve with them again, I still have not received an answer. I think that I am a Gold member for the right reasons. My travel history speaks volume and I deserve a better treatment and exceptions. Thank you.

The hotel is all good, they have the comfort that is needed and the staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good, the only bad thing is that the sheets and pillows have a bad smell, and even more so the pillows are like dirty sweat.
