房間和風景都很漂亮！可以在房間外坐着看日出日落。房間設施不錯，有麵包機還有咖啡膠囊機，還給拖鞋！美中不足就是浴缸在室外，不是很乾凈，沒法泡澡。而且mini bar的東西都要收費（都這麼貴的酒店了TT）
🔔服務：特別特別好！工作人員態度超級好！入住給水還給我們升級了房間，提前問好我們想要吃的早餐類型，第二天就給送到房間來了。還送了我們一人一杯香檳！並且因為oia的路很難走，我們還讓酒店幫忙把我們的行李送到車站了，服務真的💯！
🧹衛生：很乾凈很乾凈！整個房間都是香香的，床也超級軟，很舒服！

This small apartment is enough for one or two persons. Have two beds. The location is near bus station. Convenient to walk everywhere. The room is on the roadside. But it’s quiet in November. The house owner is kind. Allowed early check in. Compare other apartments in Oia. This price is not very expensive.

We’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in Santorini, Charisma is definitely the best one.
Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful.
Every detail is perfect here.
Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset.
It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back next time when we visit Santorini.

It’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star.
Pros:
- The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great.
- The room was clean and spacious.
- Apivita amenities were provided.
- The air conditioning was strong and comfortable.
- The loudspeaker worked very well.
- The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset.
- The breakfast was good.
- The common pool was great with a nice view.
- We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar.
- The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed.
- The WhatsApp communication was effective.
Improvement:
- There are so many stairs to get to the room.
- The shower may not have hot water at night.
- The WiFi was not stable.
- The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant.
- The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few.
- Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference.
- Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

酒店位於Oia 最美風景的位置，房間出面的水池更面向日落，風景如畫。房間內十分闊敞，洞穴房設計很特別，而且浴室窗打開可以看到海，原本是十分驚喜。
一開始就已經計劃在池邊欣賞日落。第二天早上一邊享受暖水浴，一邊欣賞海景。
可惜的是暖水池的暖水恆溫系統壞了！7-13度的溫度下實在沒辦法在室外享受。雖然入住時已再三追問暖水提供情況，然而酒店一直未能解決，只請我地耐心等候，直至check out都依然未解決，十分失望😔
據我所知，鄰近數個房間亦同樣有向酒店提出相同意見。為了一個未能享用的暖水池多付了四成價錢（比沒暖水池的房間），只多收到一句抱歉，實在十分無奈🥲
最後check out 時請職員為我們搬一件行李離開到巴士站時（有另付費），先生因要折返酒店找回失物，叫我先跟職員到巴士站，職員得知先生已折返，竟然立即在路中途放下行李，著我自行搬到階梯下的巴士站，就轉身離開😡
可能我習慣了其他酒店的服務，認為交房給客人前檢查清楚，遇到問題盡力及盡快派自己職員視察問題，嘗試解決或提供替代方案是基本☹️
似乎此酒店享有優越地理位置，已無憂。想欣賞風景，是很不錯；想享受服務，真的未能令我十分失望😞

在伊亞是比較高檔的酒店了，看日落，再沒有比這裏好的了，巧遇周未酒店有音樂演唱會、 餐廳熱鬧非凡、座無虛席、 美 女如雲、 邊看演出邊看日落邊享受美味佳餚。
別墅裏的小遊泳池、 有個太陽傘就更好了、 我住的別墅樓上客廳太小了一些、 還出現洗澡沒有熱水、 孩子在池裡水裡出來洗澡、 洗了一個涼水洗澡、 還好及時解決了。

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

The only thing that wasn't as expected is that we understood that the hotel would have breakfast, but because it wasn't summer season, they didn't have that option.

breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano
