The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

Based on the other reviews, I think your mileage here may vary depending on which room you get. I do see that others who stayed in the same rooms (small, ground level, bedroom without door, only bathroom access through the second bedroom, etc.) also left poor reviews. The lodgings we had were sub par with old and broken furniture, extremely small and uncomfortable beds, external door which barely closed, and the constant overwhelming smell of sewage really made this a less than comfortable spot. There also is no TV if you care about that, but the wifi was excellent. There’s also zero view, which is a shame. Do not be swayed by the promise of a “hot tub.” It is an inflatable affair, and is not super clean. In addition, beware, there is a camera pointing right at it. The breakfast was good, but not a huge selling point for us. We ended up here as we booked rather last minute. Honestly, I really regret that, because considering the lack of comfort, lack of sleep because of the awful beds, the really horrid smell (I still think about that smell when I remember Santorini), and just the overall vibe of the place, it really detracted from the enjoyment of our vacation. In summary: The location is excellent, but the place is more than a little gross. In addition , the price wasn’t great for what we got. The moral of this story is book early, and look harder for better options.

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel qui se situe en face de la caldera. Dès votre arrivé, vous serez époustouflé par ce paysage, comme une carte postale! L’hôtel se situe à Immervogli, mais dans une zone calme, à quelques pas de quelques restaurants. Immervogli est un endroit plus calme que Fira. Cela ainsi que le cadre de l’hôtel vous assurera un séjour de repos et de déconnexion total. Nous avions une chambre Honey moon avec jacuzzi et la décoration était vraiment joli. Par contre, nous avons été déçu par la literie qui était vraiment médiocre. C’est vraiment dommage de mal dormir dans une aussi belle chambre. Mise à part ce point noir, tout le reste était super. Le petit-déjeuner servit sur la terrasse, profiter de voir les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis la chambre, un rêve.

We booked this beautiful little place not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be a fantastic find. Pros: - Clean and very spacious rooms - Beds are extremely comfortable - The breakfast is lovely & fresh - Close to the centre of Oia - Owners are extremely helpful & friendly - Outside area is picturesque and has stunning views - A lovely selection of restaurants nearby - Bus rout and transport to other areas is close by Cons: - WiFi didn’t seem to work very well at times - Hot water seemed to run out very quickly Only a couple of small things to tweak, but really cannot complain for the money we paid and the level of quality we got. Would stay here again anytime!

After the short flight from Athens, the hotel driver meet us and transported us to the heavenly experience of Maregio Suites atop the caldera in the charming village of Oia. The hotel is relatively new (built in 2017) and sits above Amoudi Bay on the outskirts near the old, historic windmills of Oia. It is nice to be out of the frey that can occur during the tourist season. Our suite was private (Suite #4) and we had a large hot tub/pool in our spacious patio. The views were unbelievable! Amazing sunsets every night. It is customary for all in Oia to flock to see the sunsets and we avoided the crowds and had ringside seats! The hotel opened a few years ago for dinner service. There are only a few tables and the food was excellent. The setting is aside their beautiful pool overlooking the sea. They float a candle in the pool which adds to the already charming ambiance. They also use real candles on the tables which is always a plus for me. You will climb steps while in Oia, and the 300 or so down to Amoudi Bay is worth the effort. Chrisa, part of the welcome staff suggested a lunch at Armini , which is accessible by boat from the dock of Amoudi Bay, and it was a highlight! Fresh lobster, sea bass, anchovies, oh my! A very memorable experience. They serve dinner too, but enjoying the seaside for lunch as well as seeing the majestic caldera on the boat ride over was perfect. If you don’t feel like hiking back up those stairs (which we did), you can hire a driver to take you back to your destination post dining. The staff could not have been more welcoming at Maregio Suites. The aforementioned charming Chrisa gave us the lay of land upon arrival and one of our waiters, Vlassis, could not have been more attentive and delightful! Tasos and Alexandra at the front reception were also delightful to deal with. HIGHLY recommend this hotel when in Oia! Great suite, views, location, food and service. The best place to stay in Oia!

PPengguna TetamuThe property is located in a quiet spot on the southern side of the island. The view from there is magnificent, especially from the bedroom on the first floor in the morning or from the pool at sunset.
The room has all the expected amenities and then some: a large jacuzzi for 2, a fully packed - and included - mini bar, a coffee and tea corner and a hairdryer. A bottle of wine was even waiting for us on arrival.
Breakfast can be served in the room or at the bar by the pool and includes a wide variety of choices - who can resists these delicious pancakes? Or croissants? Or omelette? Or...
Back to the location, obviously one will need a vehicle to visit the rest of the island - Fira is about 20 minutes away and Oia 45 minutes by car. Fortunately, Santorini offers a choice of cars, quads and scooters so there is a solution for each budget. We preferred Fira over Oia, but there are many other beautiful areas to visit also.
The room was cleaned and tidied everyday to high standards and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Our guest offered a warm welcome when we arrived and even let us stay for coffee by the pool after we checked out - you don't see that in other hotels.
In summary, Absolute Paradise must be one of the best hotels in Santorini. Paradise, absolutely.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, it's on the main road in centre of Oia. You won't miss it even you checked in at midnight. Restaurants, souvenirs stores, supermarkets, ATMs all near by within mins of walk. Breath taking Caldera sea view although no sunset view. Hot tub is really hot around 35~38C, not just warm as other hotels. However you must be very very careful when get in and out of the outdoor hot tub on the upper deck as there is no stairs, you have to climb into the tub and step on the bench when you get out. My husband fell down because of the slippery bench and non stable cushion on top of the bench especially no handle or rail to hold on the wall. He could only hold the small table when fell down and the wine glass fell down and broke as well. It could be a tragedy but luckly he didn't hurt. The staffs reacted fast and clean up immediately. They cared about our safety regardless we brought them extra work. The service is excellent! Great staffs at the bar, house keeping and reception! Breakfast time is at your own choice. You'll need to order a 3 selections breakfast and 1 drink when checkin. Breakfast is on the patio right in front of our room with seaview by the pool. It's a once in a life time experience, feel like celebrities having vacation in a 10 stars hotel by the Aegean Sea. Pool water is too cold to swim in April. The shower area is a bit old and paint peeling, bed is too soft and we couldn't sleep well. Welcome drinks, bottle of wine in the room, 1 bottle of beer, soda,2 bottles of water and cokes in the mini bar are all included. Overall it is a wonderful stay and we look forward to stay again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was over the top incredible. I planned this trip with my 24 and 21 year old sons. It is an adults only hotel which is just what we wanted. The location (Fira) was perfect for us as it was a very easy walk to the restaurants in Fira and then we drove one night to Oia (which was very crowded and very difficult to find parking.) The staff was amazing, specifically Faye and Kostas. The views are exceptional. The humidity in our bathroom was on the higher side due to the hot tub, but my sons loved having it. Breakfast was served every morning (ordered the day before) with the staff notifying us by knocking on our door. What an incredible breakfast spread! You could not get better views. The room was huge…perfect for the three of us. I completely recommend this hotel.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

OOluwoleAbsolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈
The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋
The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide.

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

PPengguna TetamuWarning ⚠️ avoid it and spend your time and money anywhere else but this Terrible manager attitude and behaviour, very impolite and rude, doesn't know English and constantly shouting on you before even listening or try to communicate via text at least. The room wasn't as described, the breakfast was terrible with his smoke smell on it and the coffee was instant coffee and cold with his smoke smell. I was alone but room had breakfast for 2, so I paid for 2 breakfasts, so I messaged him before arriving and asked a breakfast on arrival and one on checkout, he accepted by email, when by checkout I went for breakfast, he started to shout on me and insulting me front of other guests and kicked me out of the eating area, then he started to talk about me in a bad way with other guests and make fun of me. I came out of the hotel shaking and shocked. I could not believe such an experience in Santorini and in Greece. This hotel with his mental manager should be avoided by all travellers.
