Where to start with this wonderful property?! On our first day, we arrived early to a very welcoming front desk. They came down the street to walk us up to the reception (we got lost) and offered us coffee/juice while we waited for the room, which was ready very quickly. We were then escorted to the room, the Earth Suite and assisted with all of our luggage. The room was beautiful, exactly like the photos, but more importantly the view was absolutely breathtaking! Photos don’t even do it justice. It’s a great location in the heart of Oia, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops. Our host Dimitris helped in making our stay unforgettable. He was wonderful! He helped arrange transport very early in the morning (last minute) when our Uber had cancelled, arranged quad bikes for us and transport to and from the airport - all of our requests were very last minute and he was always more than happy to help! Can’t wait to come back here again.

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

I'm a little late writing this review but better late than never! We stayed Oct 23' and my fiance and I had such an amazing experience here. The staff were so attentive and helpful...5* service! Breakfast and dinner on our balcony was superb.. we miss our morning omlettes! The room was kept so clean. The bed was comfortable and there was so much space in the room! We stayed in the private unlimited view suite which was beautiful. We were slightly overlooked from the balcony area of the hotel next door but we barely saw anyone. We would definately return to the Megalachori area again and the hotel is probably one of the most private you can get on the island. We much preferred this area to the hustle and bustle of Oia, although we did visit for a day (recommend hiring a buggy to explore the whole island!) The hotel is overlooking the ferry port but this didn't bother us and we didn't notice any noise. My finance actually proposed to me here during our 1st night at the hotel out on our balcony at sunset..it was perfect and we hope to return for our honeymoon in Oct 2026!

Our second stay in Santorini and wanted somewhere away from heavy tourist footfall. This villa offers different bedroom capacities which are all separate with en suite facilities. Beds are comfy and not too hard. Breakfast is ordered the day before. Our suite was the highest level and afforded beautiful views across the Calder a. Our hot tub was fantastic and everywhere very clean. Walking into the little village of Akrotiri takes about 12 - 15 minutes and is steep in places but there is a path. There are local restaurants and two good quality supermarkets there as well as a pharmacy and bus stop to access the island. Bus fares are 2 euros. Therapy is a 20 minute bus ride away with stunning views en route. The service and attention we received from Marialena and her colleague during our 4 night stay was excellent. Some nights we didn't want to go out but enjoy our room and hot tub. Marialena sent us menus from local restaurants that delivered and we ordered through her. 房間和風景都很漂亮！可以在房間外坐着看日出日落。房間設施不錯，有麵包機還有咖啡膠囊機，還給拖鞋！美中不足就是浴缸在室外，不是很乾凈，沒法泡澡。而且mini bar的東西都要收費（都這麼貴的酒店了TT） 🔔服務：特別特別好！工作人員態度超級好！入住給水還給我們升級了房間，提前問好我們想要吃的早餐類型，第二天就給送到房間來了。還送了我們一人一杯香檳！並且因為oia的路很難走，我們還讓酒店幫忙把我們的行李送到車站了，服務真的💯！ 🧹衛生：很乾凈很乾凈！整個房間都是香香的，床也超級軟，很舒服！

I had the most wonderful dinner party for a party of 16 at the restaurant. Blown away by the service and care during the whole process. The dinner table is overlooking the sea and was set up in a U Shape making it perfect for everyone to see each other. I didn’t even realize there was a pool area right below to have drinks before dinner almost like a cocktail hour also overlooking the caldera. That was a surprise bonus! Drinks by the pool followed by dinner up at the higher deck. We were welcomed with champagne as were all guests. The amazing staff was happy to take tons of pictures of the whole group. It was sunset and we got really beautiful photos. They even took some candid photos during dinner. The servers were so quick and friendly, catered to everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff! Even while organizing the dinner, Vasso was always so quick to respond and ensured the set up would be great! It’s hard when you are planning an event from a distance, but everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, beyond meeting my expectations! Upon arrival a nice gal walked us down to the event space. It is easy to get lost in the steps of Oia, so her help was very much appreciated in getting guests over to the location. I can’t thank Charisma Suites enough! If you are looking for an intimate private dinner location, this is the perfect spot! Still can’t get over how wonderful it was! Thank you Charisma!
