Ulasan De Sol Hotel & Spa

Great stay at De Sol, everything in our room looks new and the amenities are amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the hotel who were so amazing to allow us to check in slightly earlier. Room was huge with a sofa and sufficient amenities. The buffet breakfast was also great with a good range of food!

View is very nice! I love the room service. You can get your food at your door.

Our bathroom smelled of mold/mildew. May have been the tub. Bathroom floor also had ants. We reported both to the hotels and were told it's the norm on the island for the smell in the bathrooms. The common areas are very nice. However, our room was damp and smelled. Not a great experience for the rate we paid. Will not stay there again.

음식 뷔페라했는데 종이로 체크 후 며칠지난듯한 음식 갖다줌 겨울에 사우나 스파 문닫아 이용 안된다네요. 여름에 사우나 해야할듯요. 거리 티라에서 좀 멉니다 걸어서 40분

In the middle of the island and 8 minutes drive from the airport. Easy to get to any place of the island with a car but the hotel provided your options with transportation if needed. The spa and restaurant were closed for off-season.

環境挺好的，前台也很熱心，但是交通不便利，去費拉需要步行30分鐘，從紅沙灘回來做公交車需要步行40分鐘，沒有租車的謹慎選擇。

自分の英語力が乏しいのも悪いが、スタッフの感じが悪かった ホテル自体は綺麗で朝食も美味しい 尚、冬季はシャトルサービスやっていないようなので注意が必要

Very beautiful view towards sea and the mountain. Very clean, rooms are a little bit smaller in US standards but I noticed that's the way most European hotels are. Otherwise very beautiful hotel and will stay again.

Extremely responsive and friendly staff. Great location, great overall ambiance and very good breakfast.

The hotel states it’s a 5 star hotel, it’s nice but it’s not a 5 star more like a 3 star boutique hotel. Our room was next to the main road and you could hear everything! So much that you could even hear the pipelines at night which wasn’t pleasant. You have a small tv with limited channels and if you want anything from mini bar you have to pay which does not happen in a real 5 star hotel. The pictures can be a bit confusing for example, I thought that our bathroom was going just as modern and updated as the rest of the room but it was not. I tried to check out early but by the time reception called me I had already stayed in the hotel for 3 days and had 2 day’s remaining. They were nice enough to offer and move us to another room but by that time I didn’t want the hassle of moving my stuff for the remaining 2 days. The only plus was the shuttle from the hotel to Fira. You are better off getting an Air B n B for the price you get more amenities and sometimes even for cheaper!

This hotel was amazing! Absolutely beautiful, but they keep cats on the property. While the cats aren't bothersome, my husband is highly allergic. However, the manager was so awesome. He switched our room to the sister hotel! Not as nice decor wise, but still a nice accommodation.
