Blue Sea Hotel

The standard rooms are filthy. I’ve attached a few photos showing the dirt; I understand they haven't been renovated, but surely a more thorough cleaning could be done. A musty smell hits you the moment you walk into the room, and I doubt the air conditioner was cleaned this summer—it had a distinct, unpleasant odor. The beds are terrible; after the first night, my back felt like it hated me—the mattresses are old.

Really good hotel with good location.

We really loved the place, the service, the breakfast and swimming pool. 5 minuts from the beach walking distance and easy to park the car nearby.

My parfume was stolen from the closed hotel room. When we informed the receptionist of the hotel about the theft, they searched all of our belongings, but did not find the parfume. They said they questioned the cleaning lady, but she denied everything and stated that she does not know about the parfume. The hotel management stated that it was us, who surely took away the parfume from the room and lost it somewhere. When I told the hotel management that the hotel is liable for the items the guests take into the room without regard of the fact whether the crime of theft can be proved or not (since the criminal liability and the civil liability are two different things), they offered absolutely no compensation. We reported the crime to the police as well. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody, since it is one thing that something is missing from your hotel room, but the fact that the hotel denies absolutely its liability, which is written is the law is unheard of.

Beautiful 💙! We had a great holiday. We love Santorini from the bottom of our hearts. This was our 3rd visit. Our stay at Blue sea hotel was amazing, we can’t thank you enough for their hospitality. The lady at the reception desk is a gem, she helped us through our stay, initially we booked a comfort room in a different building than the premium room, so we decided to change for a room in the same building with extra fee, but happy we could make, it really improved our holiday vibe 😍. We need to mention the housekeeper who tided up our rooms, so attentive to the details, she didn’t change the way we organised the things in the rooms. The lady at the breakfast club, a sweetie, she won’t let you wait for anything, she is always there to make sure everything is in the right place and enough for everybody, thank you so much for the orange pie, I didn’t expect to have it on our last day, so so pleased. I also want to mention the young lady and the young man at the breakfast area and pool area, always smiling and kind to make things right. We’ve been there the first week of April, so the weather was specific to season, we had sunny and warm days but we also had windy, cold and runny days. Somehow we expected to get it like this 😅. The island is beautiful, better than the summer days when is all dry. We had the chance to visit lots of beautiful places, we rented a car for the entire stay, goldcar didn’t disappoint us. We are looking forward to seeing you again, we will definitely book blue sea hotel again💙

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! Our stay at Blue Sea Hotel was an absolute nightmare. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, making it incredibly inconvenient to get to. We booked the family suite for two adults and two children and had a confirmed reservation. However, upon arrival, the rude receptionist refused to check us in, claiming they don’t deal with third-party bookings. Despite showing them our confirmation, they forced us to pay an extra 80 euros, which felt like a complete scam. To make matters worse, the staff was unbelievably rude, especially the reception and accounts team. On top of that, they intentionally blocked access to the hot tub, falsely claiming it was “too expensive” to run and “not for children.” This was a blatant deception, as they had advertised it as part of the amenities. Overall, this hotel is a rip-off with terrible service, dishonest policies, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

The breakfast is good and the hotel really give people a relaxing feel. The only thing I personally think can be better is that the breakfast time should start earlier to accommodate early travellers
