Location 10 mins from airport Santorini, excellent but it 20 mins from Fira the main attraction areas. Hotel is clean, room is clean. Come w flip- flop for the beach, slipper in the room ect… room was plenty of space for 1-2-3 people. Come w a sofa n coffee table in the room. Also you got your own pool right outside the room w u dint want to swim in the big pool. But if you swim in the big pool you have to pay extra!!! ***!!! It a resort y would they charged for $ to swim in the big pool. But the young girl in the front desk that work the evening to night shift was super nice and awesome. She upgrade n let me swim in the pool w no extra charge. ++ service right there. Price is very high since it is a resort. Breakfast was included n it’s very good.

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service.
The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool.

The best service ever! From pick up at the airport to the resort. Upon arrival my daughter & I were treated like royalty & even received an upgrade (our 1st time there). The service & food is top tier! Ladies at reception are all friendly and beautiful 🤍. Thank you for making our stay memorable! We are planning on returning again in April 2024 🤍🤍

My daughter and I stayed here for about four days. I cannot say enough. From the welcoming face of Kalliopi in reception, to the warm soul of Elizabeth, who wanted to accommodate us the best way possible, it was a vacation to remember. Our first room, which was gorgeous, had a small problem that I called in. We were immediately upgraded to a gorgeous suite and Elizabeth was so excited to show us our new suite. We have stayed in multiple hotels all over the world and the place is only as good as its staff. Having people like Kalliopi and Elizabeth in the front and Kostas (who runs the beach area), is what makes you want to come back. The hotel is stunning as well. We are very grateful!

We had one of the best hotel experience. They were fully booked so they gave us an amazing suite with private heated pool!! All the staff were kind and very willing to serve us all day and all night in whatever we needed! We ate one of the best Sushi ever and we drunk the best cocktails! All parties was amazing!!!Thank you all guys there in Nikki beach Santorini for everything! I will be back soon!!!

Staff extremely pleasant, excellent service, pool area just stunning and just like all the other Nikki Beach I’ve visited globally. Definitely worth its 5 stars and would love to come back again. The beach menu probably could of been a little more extensive but it had a extensive sushi menu that was great. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini

I had high hopes for this hotel due to its impressive aesthetics, delightful pools, and mouth-watering food. The rooms were well-appointed and the two distinct pools, one for in-house guests and their children and another for external visitors, seemed like an interesting concept. However, our stay turned into a nightmare due to the terrible service. Multiple reminders were required for basic amenities like fresh towels, coffee, or even to have our breakfast dishes cleared. The management seemed more focused on running the paid pool and catering to its users, making in-house guests feel neglected. Even more disappointing was the fact that hotel residents had to pay for using the second pool, and children were not allowed. This gave the impression that the hotel was more interested in making money off the pool than ensuring a comfortable stay for its guests. The beach was not maintained and it was dirty, making us avoid going into the sea. As a family of five, with children aged 6, 12, and 14, we felt that the hotel was definitely not worth the money and did not meet the promised standards. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It might be worth visiting once just to enjoy the paid pool, but that's about it.

Every aspect of this trip was perfect. From the room to the breakfast to the spa. Could not fault this place one bit! Staff were so helpful nothing was too much for them! A big shout to Alex at the bar for making each trip enjoyable!
