Santorini Kastelli Resort

Where do we start. We had an amazing time. The staff are wonderful and very professional. We were greeted when we arrived and had our luggage taking to our room. Once we got to the room we realised that they have upgraded our room to the master suite! We was amazed. The food was excellent and would recommend the half bored option to anyone. The staff at the restaurant were so good! They made us very welcomed and made sure we was well looked after, so Thank-you to every single one of you! The reception team was great! Anything we needed they sorted it out for us. Truly amazing people! The hotel in general is very classy, we’ll maintained The cleaner made sure our room was all stocked and cleaned every morning! She is amazing and a very pleasant lady! Thankyou all so much! We will be back:) 5/5 for everything. Not a single bad word about it

Absolutely stunning hotel 🩵 perfect for exploring Santorini and kamari itself is such a vibe ✨ we had a private pool and loungers outside our patio doors …. Was amazing. Breakfast was great ….the bubbles were a nice touch … pool beds were lush to lie on …. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Thank you for such an amazing stay would definitely return 🩵

Myself and my wife stayed here for our second wedding anniversary and booked a luxury suite with private hot tub. The hotel was amazing and so clean and tidy breakfast everyday was served 8-11 and when we arrived on check in we were given a tour of the resort and made to feel so welcome it was like you were at home not just a guest but family. The waiting staff at breakfast got to know their customers and remembered us every morning which is a nice touch. I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Our hostess Victoria was nothing but great from start to finish to ensure we had a relaxing and pleasurable stay and we can’t thank her enough too! They’re our 4 pools and if you have a luxury suite you have your own which makes it 5 pools which is cool! Once again will definitely be returning and thank you so much to the kastelli resort team 😃

What a time we had. We have just finished our vacation here and we could not be happier. The only bad part was that we had to go home! The hotel was luxurious, the pools incredible, the location was perfect as it is right next to all the incredible bars and restaurants. Most importantly, we want to thank Cash. Cash is a member of staff from Poland and made our trip amazing. He was extremely accommodating, very friendly, a nice and funny guy. He works very hard throughout the day and I hope he will be there next year. Thank you Kastelli for making our santorini trip perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, so clean, lots of swimming pools and places to sunbathe. The staff are so welcoming and always on hand to assist you. The staff bring drinks and lunch to your sunbed, and it’s the attention to detail. The pick up from the airport was a lovely touch, and the staff are so helpful in arranging cabs. We were upgraded for free on arrival, and had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room. The manager is always present and checks everything is ok. Throughly enjoyed the club sandwiches and chips- would cone back for this alone. Rooms are spacious and a lovely white and blue. Couple minutes walk to the beach and you can see a lovely sunrise from this side of the island. Lots of shops and bars/ taverns close by and the bus stop is right outside. Enjoyed being close to Fira but without the crowds if you were staying there. Hope to return soon! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay. This resort is beautiful. It was so quiet and convenient to restaurants, stores and beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It wasn’t far to go into Thira or Oia. We used taxi service arranged by resort and was able to arrange directly with them our return trip. Breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back.

It was our first family holiday (6 month old) and our first trip to Santorini. Staff - unbelievably good. The breakfast bunch in particular were excellent. Kept us and the little man entertained continually! Food - there was a great choice at breakfast and it didn't disappoint. I love Bugatsa and the fact they had it everyday was a bonus! Coffee kept coming and it was nice to enjoy it by the pool every day. Pools - loads of them, clean, quiet and not cold. Other guests - from all over from what we could gather. Uk, Ireland, France, USA, Greece and likely loads of other places. All friendly, happy to have a chat and just nice folk. Location - loads of restaurants and bars a 4 min walk away. Tonnes of choice, and then plenty of ice cream stands, mini markets and shops. The guys outside restaurants trying to get you in aren't annoying and are relatively entertaining! Random find - a little Irish bar on a backstreet had the rugby World Cup on which was a touch! Trips - bus was £1 ish to get to Fira (worth a trip) and another £1 to Oia l. Both places a must visit and takes 20 mins / 50 mins respectively which is nothing. We got an uber home and that wasn't pricey either. Rooms - big, clean, cleaned daily, had everything we needed and a great terrace for us to sit at whilst the little man was asleep. Not in it much but was lovely when we were. Great little boutique hotel. Unless you're used to 5****** OTT luxury then you'll not be disappointed here.

One street back from the beach, so a nice private oasis from what is a very seaside type of resort. HOTEL POSITIVES: Spotlessly clean Incredible staff & service Great rooms & immaculate housekeeping Good breakfast Excellent facilities HOTEL NEGATIVES: None. When there we got buses to Fira (20mins), walked from there to Oia (3 hours with proper walking shoes) and used local types of tavernas to eat, so can't comment on the restaurant food at the hotel. Kamari is a holiday resort so bars restaurants and shops and not a lot else. If you are looking for some winter sun as a couple in October I cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing is too much trouble, you know it's well managed and I have never seen staff mop clean and polish as much as they do here. We would return.

What a fantastic hotel. The facilities were superb, but what really makes it are the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always with a friendly smile. They were interested in you and took the time to get to know you without being intrusive. A brilliant holiday!!
