We have stayed here now twice and both times have been amazing. I want to thank all the amazing staff, Maria and Arris on reception they go above and beyond to make you experience here unforgettable. We stayed in the best room number 11 you have your own private pool & jacuzzi inside the room. Dimitris & Apostolis brought us breakfast to the room every morning so many options. Thank you to Anna & Dimitra for cleaning x2 a day. Could not recommend this hotel enough.

My fiancé and I stayed here during the Santorini portion of our Greek adventure and every part of it was outstanding!! All of the staff we interacted with made sure everything was absolutely perfect for us; notably Harris, Maria, Dimitris, Apostodis, and Giannis. They were polite, efficient, and very helpful navigating the island. They kept it real and told us where was a must see, where we could skip, and where it was worth spending our time and money. I plan on recommending this hotel to anyone who even brings up Greece in conversation!!!

The location was unbeatable - Imerovigli is quiet and romantic, especially compared to the busy and chaotic streets of Thira. The balcony had gorgeous views of the caldera and a sunset view, and was private so passers-by on the streets could not see in. Unfortunately the weather was not the best during our Early-May visit so we did not get the most use of our pool, but we greatly enjoyed it when it did get used. One small point - we would have loved a small net for the pool to scoop out some small bugs that had fallen in. We had to enter the pool and waft the bugs towards the filter to clear them. The breakfast was delicious, the superking bed was really comfy, and the room was large and airy. We had welcome drinks (champagne or lemonade, we chose the former) while checking in, which felt really luxurious and thoughtful. We were also offered wine in our room, which we enjoyed on the balcony, watching the sunset. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and made the experience very welcoming. The check-in and check-out were both very smooth, as was the booking of a transfer to the airport upon our departure. Many thanks to the Gold Suites for a fantastic stay.

We loved our stay at the gold suites. We were on our honeymoon and had the best time. The room was spacious and we loved the outside balcony area. The location of the hotel was great and we did not have a lot of steps. The staff were all amazing and always willing to help. The view from the room was spectacular. It was that santorini moment. The breakfast is served by time slots so if you need a certain time slot the next day go early to book yours so it doenst fill up. The portions are on the smaller side so order a bit extra.
The only downside I would say Is the hot tub wasn’t all that hot so we could not enjoy it as much. The shower was also a bit cold. Despite those two things, I would recommend the hotel and recommend staying here.

Excellent location with great sunset and Caldera views. Junior suite furniture very shabby , sofa was stained, water from shower didnt drain away properly and came back up through another drain in the bathroom and flooded it sometimes. Bed was very comfortable though. Cocktails and snacks were great from the pool bar. Outlook immediately in front of hotel had building materials thrown on to it from a building site literally next to our junior suite (although there wasnt any active building going on during our stay), which could have been camouflaged better. Staff very friendly.

Had a wonderful 5 days with Gold Suites. The room service was very good and accommodating for a vegetarian, the bar made killer cocktails, and theres plenty of food options within 5 min walk of the property. We reserved the Gold Suite and loved the spacious room, private pool and absolutely stunning view. The spa options were also plentiful, really enjoyed the cliffside massage and honeymoon trea**ents. The staff were super friendly and helped so much with room orders, ordering taxis, and giving reccs. There were a few issues, our in-room safe didn’t work and our shower’s hammam was a bit weak. Overall, I would definitely stay with them again.

Gold Suites made our stay very pleasant. The staff and the hotel were amazing and it smelled so good. I loved our view and the pool. Gold suites is a reason why our vacation was so wonderful, thank you very much. The staff treated us so nice and made us feel special. I definitely want to come back. I also liked the restaurants close to the hotel and the close bus stop and shops.
