Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

The location is not as the pictures tend to show them. it is not straight across from a beach that you can walk onto it from the hotel. There is forest blocking the view and path you need to walk around 500m to access the beach. Staff was okay but didn't spoke a word of English. The room was good only downside was that you could hear your neighbours and people on the hallway really clearly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel during my first solo trip, and I can confidently say that the right accommodation can truly enhance the experience. This hotel is outstanding, featuring modern amenities and an incredibly supportive staff. One standout team member was Zoe Xing. She was the most helpful worker I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Zoe was not only great at arranging everything to meet my needs but also communicated effortlessly in English. Her friendly demeanor made my experience even more enjoyable. I booked the Queen size room with a bathtub on the balcony, and it was absolutely worth it! The stunning sea view from my room added a special touch to my stay. The resort itself offers a plethora of features and activities, making it especially appealing for families with young children. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient—close to the airport and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a delightful place to stay, and I can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seacube. The room was very clean and spacious, and the balcony view of the bay was fantastic. Although the hotel is located further from the city centre, we found that the easy access to the beach and onsite pool were perfect for our holiday. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, however there was the same selection every day with few Western options. The apparent absence of English-speakers amongst the service staff could make it tricky for a non-Chinese speaker to easily stay here. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if the restaurant staff simply smiled! Also, the addition of cutlery (apart from chopsticks) would be helpful, espcially knives for the available toast and jam. If you're looking for a simple seaside holiday, the Seacube delivers. Our 12-year-old had a great time. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the kind and polite welcoming, the hotel did everything to make the most enjoyable time spent there. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a pleasurable time near the sea.

住這酒店前，先看網上評價，再看新舊，很不錯的酒店，前台二位帥哥特客氣，還特意多送了二瓶水，艾灸貼我們；房間乾淨衞生，床墊很舒服，被褥乾淨，面積也大，是湖北省國資委旗下的酒店，餐廳的晚餐很實惠，238點了個套餐，特豐富，我們是年前入住的，剛好在小年前，人不多，車好停，唯一小缺點是離鳳凰機場有點近，飛機起飛時有點噪音；但絕對值得入住，希望價格不要隨便往上調。

在這邊住了很久，入住之前提前聯繫了管家，剛開始入住的時候有點問題，管家也第一時間都為我們解決了，房間衞生乾淨，整潔，服務人員態度很好，有問題第一時間解決。小區裏乾淨衞生，距離海邊很近，而且房間還可以做飯，我們住了這麼久，幾乎天天都在做飯，而且晚上吃完飯之後離海邊也很近，吃完飯在海邊散步，別有一番度假風。

Очень довольны, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Очень чисто, убирались каждый день, приносили воду. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое, включая стиральную машинку с функцией сушки. В коридоре можно взять зонтик и отпариватель для одежды. Отличная детская площадка- сын был в восторге. А особенно ему понравилось наблюдать из окна, как взлетают самолёты. При этом в самой квартире тихо. До пляжа идти 10 минут прогулочным шагом. В выходной день показывали на площадке кино и бесплатно раздавали чай и поп корн. Близко расположен большой супермаркет. В следующий раз обязательно ещё раз остановимся в этих аппартаментах.

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.
