Hotel Sanya dengan Gim

Great location. The hotel is about 30 minutes by car from the airport. The Sanya Bay beach is a few minutes walk across the road from the hotel. There are many shops near the hotel and it’s a 10-minute walk from a supermarket. Also you can find a lot of (mostly local) restaurants around. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant where you can enjoy hot pot with a wide choice of fresh seafood. My room had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The seascape during the day, evening and night is different and it is just mesmerizing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Sharon from the hotel’s front desk knows English well. She provided me with a quick service by WeChat during my stay at the hotel, which is important for me as a foreigner. The furniture in the room is not new, but it’s equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay there during a vacation. Throughout my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were very attentive and pleasant. Considering the above, my rating for this hotel is excellent! I highly recommend to choose a sea view room to completely enjoy your stay here :)

來三亞中醫院產檢住的酒店，從酒店出去，步行去中醫院超級近，商品街也在附近，吃飯逛街也方便。 酒店的配套服務很齊全，門口就是小童樂園，對帶小朋友的家庭真的很友好，酒店一樓有琴房健身房等娛樂場所，二樓還有自助洗衣房都挺實用的。最有意思的是禪修房，雖然我沒去，但是莫名覺得很高雅哈哈哈。入住的房間也還不錯 通風采光都很好，定的山景大床房説想住高一點，直接升級到河景大床房，太棒啦。起早吃了個早餐，早餐也很豐富。愉快的入住體驗

這次我們又選擇了香格里拉，感覺服務又提升了，管家Lucas在我們入住前一天就和我們取得聯繫，提前問我們有沒有帶小孩，給我們準備了小孩的生活用品，指導我們怎麼參加小童遊樂項目，給我們送水果和礦泉水，房間很大，後面的花園超級漂亮，直接連接海灘，下次來三亞還會再選擇香格里拉！

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room has a full kitchen and grocery store close by. American, Italian and Russian restaurants all within short walking distance. Dolphin was exceptionally good. Swim coach was excellent with a good transition to coral reef snorkeling after a few pool sessions. Definitely try and travel outside official Chinese holidays as it can get very busy in the neighborhood

房間很滿意，雖然有點老舊，但有陽台，太陽曬的到衣服真的很完美，打掃衞生的阿姨人也很好，服務員也很好，下次來還會選擇入住這裏，外賣也有機器人送；邊上是商場，對面也有幾家吃的店，出行還是比較方便的

The Hotel was above & beyond our expectations. The staff were brilliant, also their service & attitude was professional, throughout our stay, & the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. I gave the Hotel an overall score of 10/10,but should really be 8/10. The only reason I should have given them 8 was for this reason. After breakfast every morning, & around 21:00hrs to well pass midnight, it felt and smelled like there were a couple of smokers in our room. This happens even though, the AC was on at full blast. I happen to suffer from asthma, and was experiencing some attacks before our arrival & during our stay. Needless to say, the secondhand smoke, finding its way into our room, did not help my medical condition. I hope after reading my review, the hotel would take my recommendation. Perhaps by having either No smoking, or, non Smoking Floors. I’m currently @ the Vienna sister hotel right in the Sanya Phoenix Airport, writing this review. I’m here until my tomorrow evening departure flight. We arrived here in the hotel @ 14:00hrs, so far, not a hint of any smoke odour. Thank you Staff for great service.

作為本次三亞旅行的第一站，京海確實給我了很多驚喜，點評上分數不算高，**也沒怎麼做宣傳，真的完全是碰運氣的，但是從進入門的那一剎那，感覺瞬間心情大好，80平的房型，寬敞大氣，配置到位，還能做飯，很方便，早餐也很不錯，沒有搞活動，過多宣傳，人也不多，更沒有旅遊團，吃早餐很悠閑，很舒服。精選海景雖然不能看全海景，但是視野也很開闊，如果在多花點錢，可以升級全海景，那樣估計更帥，價格也不貴，很合適。出門過個馬路就是椰夢長廊，可以親海，很方便。如果來三亞灣度假，京海絕對可以閉眼入，不要怕價格低會不好，也不用擔心評分不高，除了沒有現在酒店流行的管家服務，其他都特別好，感覺就像個一個外表大氣端莊，品行端正不做作的大姑娘，無需過多修飾，自身條件優越，往那一站就足夠可以讓人賞心悦目，無需過多修飾。性價比太高了。

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

The front desk staff and even the security guard were friendly, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean. All in all, it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

A few unpleasant experiences that made me decide to ask for a refund for the last few days and take my business elsewhere. A few staff members seemed to have forgotten that you treat guests with respect and not like they are only giving you trouble. I informed the staff manager who dealt with the situation adequately. Hope there will be some reorganisations in the near future.
