Thanks to the receptionist, Monica, for the warm welcome at the hotel. Everything was very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The standard deluxe room. Everything was acceptable. The bathroom and bed linen were clean. The staff was professional. Breakfast is very basic.

Only 1 staff in front office can speak English a bit. Due to we stayed at Atlantis Sanya before we come to this side, so we preferred the previous one. Cleanliness and breakfast line need to be improved.

Great surprise! I’ve booked this hotel for conveniency due to its location and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I didn’t have much of expectations from a more “tour-like” tourism hotel but actually from service to the structure to everything it was just a pleasant surprise after another. Luo Ren Ling has been very kind and helpful with all the housekeeping related issues, as well as Cindy Lin at the front desk which has been very helpful and professional during the many times I’ve asked her help. Nice stay, I might be back if traveling again for business in this part of Sanya.

We are happy about our trip, because of Cindy Lin. She is the best hostes. She did a lot of help for us, decided all our problems. She is very professional and kind person. Hotel is also good, water pool is awesome, lobby and general view is perfect.

This was our second time at this hotel, and we are never disappointed. The staff and facilities are always above expectations. We would love to give Ezra a special thanks for helping us out and making sure our stay was extra special. Recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids.

We had a great time at this hotel. We went for a friends birthday and they upgraded our rooms. The bath tub was lovely!

The hotel has excellent quality and offer a good value for the money. We had a spacious room towards the mountain and it was quiet at night so you could leave the window open. The breakfast was delicious and everything else was pleasant. Cindy, the lady at the reception, was very helpful, and made us feel comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stat at this hotel. The location is right next to the bay and had a nice view from my hotel. The food was ok. They had variety of options. The room was a little small but still comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with helping us to find different locations with fun activities. The hotel is also close to beach and town area. There were nice restaurants which made traveling very convenient.
