In the center of Patong. Easy to get access. Everything is walking distance... Big toilet... Big room Room 216. No view.... Deposit 1k bath No safebox. Need to keep at reception

- The rooms are wider, wider than that is the balcony. - WIFI is the best. - Facilities in the room, complete, except for not the iron to borrow. - Not far from the mall and Walking Street. - The room is very quiet. 👍 - The distance to the room is quite far. - The bathroom smells from the pipe. - Some receptionists can smile and welcome more. Some staff stand to lick the ice cream and don't care while the customers stand. - The back door to the balcony has a vulnerability, causing the air to cool slowly. - The room is quiet, but I requested for a beautiful view but get the view of the building. - The swimming pool service to be noisy from Arabic peoples and do bad behavior, No one control it. - In the room there is still a soap of the old customers and there are some things that emerge from the wall. - A lot of air in the bathroom is dusty. - The bottom of the pool has a decay, causing me to be injured when going into the pool.

this was the worst hotel experience i have had in years...poor conditions...photos of hotel do not tell the real story...the staff was over the top rude and i highly recommend all potential customers to look across the street to the Days Inn...far better

Standard room doesn’t have a window, only deluxe and family room have windows.

The day shift staff are amazing but because of the night shift girl I will never again come this establishment and I am a repeat customer 4 years the slim girl with long hair is rude and arrogant I would rather sleep on the beach then have to deal with her again I am glad that I am leaving today, BECAUSE OF HER I WOULD NOT BOTHER SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN HOSPITALITY AT ALL !!!!!

The second night was much better than the first one in the room with no balcony. This time I got a balcony, but it faces the road and the noise from Bangla rd. the noise is not that bad, so I had a good rest. The breakfast was very good again. The buffet with eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, fruit. It’s only 150 b. The shower is good, the bed is soft and clean. I like staying there.

This is good for those who just need a place to rest at night. It was a fine hotel but just dont expect so much.

Best location for food , beach and entertainment

The hotel have a nice moderate size room and located nearby Bangla Road in Patong Beach area. The price is very reasonable for such condition and i would recommend to stay there whenever visit Patong Beach

Hotel needs immediate refurbishment. . Reception staff very helpful. Has nice food at the canteen in front.
