Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! As a traveler, my stay at the Palace Resort Yalong Bay in Sanya was a wonderful experience. The resort’s location is unbeatable, with direct access to the breathtaking Yalong Bay beach, known for its white sands and clear waters. It’s also conveniently close to the La Floret shopping area, which offers plenty of dining options, from local cuisine to well-known Western chains. The room was spacious and modern, with a cozy balcony overlooking the serene pool area. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, complete with a large bathtub that made for a relaxing end to each day. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches like bunk beds in some rooms and the colorful indoor play areas for kids. The outdoor pool was a highlight for me, with its warm water and distinct sections for adults and children. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a wide array of local and Western options. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked noodles and the tropical fruit selection. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Jason at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Overall, Palace Resort Yalong Bay is a gem. It offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding service at a great value. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, it’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Sanya.
