Hotel yang sangat bagus, pengurus Rachel Yang Xinrui mengatur dengan sangat rapi, semua jenis keperluan perkhidmatan dapat dipenuhi, dan sepiring buah, NICE juga disajikan! Sempurna!

Kali ini saya datang ke Sanya dan menginap di 4 hotel Sepanjang perjalanan dari Teluk Haitang Yazhou Hilton yang terbaik Walaupun lobi dihiasi Tetapi wanita di meja depan Rachel memberikan perkhidmatan terbaik Petugas yang membantu menguruskan bagasi juga secara aktif mengesyorkan kami untuk menyaksikan matahari terbenam Buah alu-aluan juga menjadi kegemaran beberapa hotel Tetapi makanan set ayam kelapa rata-rata Berair, rasanya tidak seperti kelapa Akaun rasmi hotel belum dikemas kini Tunjukkan bahawa anda boleh menempah tiket tempat indah bagi pihak anda Tidak boleh Kolam ditutup pada awal malam Tutup pada pukul 9 Tetapi kakitangan yang sebenarnya akan dibasmi kuman pada pukul 8:30 Hotel lain dibuka sehingga pukul sepuluh

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

The service I received during my stay was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful, especially Ms Molly Wang, she was so patient in answering all my questions. As it was my first time stay in your hotel, her voluntary guidance and help was much helpful during my trip. I will come back for more stays.

All service are sophisticated, especially 王木木’s support is swift and polite. I would like to stay at this hotel next time coming to Hainan island.

Hotel is not bad, but the location isn’t really good. 7/10 Over all it’s good

The hotel was very nice clean comfy beds and a decent breakfast. However get to breakfast early and it's get over crowded real fast. The only negative thing I have to say is that in the evening the pool closed really early and the guests were very noisy every night we were there.

I enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the pool room which I really liked. The food was quite nice too. The pool is great, if you’re someone who likes Instagram worthy pictures their pool will give you just that. Daniel’s service was great, because my flight was scheduled for the evening he organized for me to check out a bit later and booked a shuttle service for me to the airport. The only con about the hotel is that it’s very far from everything else in Sanya. The only nearby tourist spot is Dongtian park.

Beautiful pool and quiet location great quality for price. Near Nanahan temple. Pool is joyous rooms excellent. Best in Hainan.

The resort is very modern and clean. The staff are so friendly and greet you with smiles and are willing to assist you if you need anything. The area around the hotel is still developing so there is not a great deal to do in the town, but it is quite and peaceful with no traffic or much noise around. I would stay there again for sure. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from, Western or Chinese. There is a stargazers bar on the roof, but unfortunatly it was not open during our stay.

If you intend on staying at a quiet place in Sanya, then this is the place. It's a gorgeous hotel and the service is great. The breakfast is mostly Chinese with a few western items, but there are enough options to choose from. My room was nice and the bathtub was wonderful, but the room did have some damage to some of the furniture. The swimming pool is beautiful, but it does need to be cleaned out more often. I saw a cigarettes and lots of bugs floating in the pools. They have a tea service, but it's only for two people. You cannot order a la carte yet according to the staff. There is one restaurant open on site and it's Chinese food. You have the option of ordering room service, but the menu is very limited. I'm assuming they will have more amenities and variety of foods in the future after they complete the renovations. However, the staff is friendly and helpful and the shuttle service to the local tourist spots and beach is very convenient.

Only one restaurant open for lunch and most dinners (the lobby, which serves the 'room service' food). No toilet next to pool. Not very clean and many many tiles falling off. Nothing is included (bikes, pool floats..). Currently, the beach is closed due to city renovations. Service is very very slow, but they accommodated with early check-in and late checkout. Daily cleaning is satisfactory. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. Gym equipment is good. Clean and works well. Overall, recommend for families looking to escape the hussle of the main Sanya area. Price vs quality was acceptable, but overall hotel is a little run down (assume they're waiting for the boom of Yazhou in the coming years). Room was very comfortable. There is nothing around, at all. To be noted.

The service is great and the amenities are too. This place is beautiful I just wish I had payed attention to location. It’s an hour from downtown and the DiDi is like 150¥ (Sanya bay/yalong/dadonghai). There’s not much in the area as it’s developing. The food at the hotel is just ok. Their breakfast is better than the dinner options. The beach nearby is just one you walk on. Not suitable for swimming as it’s mostly used for a port. Great get away, but if you want to be close to the actual city…pick another place.

The service was good. One of the hotel staff communicated with me on wechat to help my stay easier as my Chinese is not so good. The hotel has a shuttle bus that does airport and some tourist areas pick ups and drop offs. It is a family friendly hotel and they have many activities to do with children. The beach near the hotel did not allow swimmers when I got there. I was looking forward to seeing the stargaze bar on the 7th floor but it was closed… the spa was closed too . From this trip I learned that it’s a good idea to call in hotels first before booking to find out what amenities are available and if there are any areas that are being renovated. I forgot to take good photos of the hotel but there is a 5A park nearby that has many activities to offer.
