Dear Solverde Wellness and Spa Hotel Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and experience I received during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was stellar, super professional, and demonstrated great ethics. I want to especially commend a key member of your team, Bruno, for promptly identifying that I had overpaid by £30 during check-in. I was impressed to find a missed call and a note under my door just a few hours later, letting me know that Bruno had identified the mistake and wanted to return the excess payment. This level of honesty and integrity truly speaks to the attitude and values of your leaders and professional staff, and I believe they have great careers ahead of them. Beyond the exceptional service, the SPA was a great experience that exceeded my expectations. The room was large and welcoming, and the bed mattress was as comfortable as clouds. The breakfast was delicious and complete, and even at checkout, the staff was sensational. I want to thank you all for making my stay so memorable, and I will definitely return and choose Solverde Wellness and Spa Hotel for my future stays. Keep up the excellent work!
