As I have posted here, Renaissance Hotel has been the best choice for staying in São Paulo. The main reason is the service offered for their extraordinary staff. This time, carnival 2023, even after the pandemic of covid, it was not diferent. Since check-in our experience has been the best. The breakfast remains with the same quality and variety. I cant leave to mention the concierge servisse: Jade gave us all attention and assistance posible, always smiling...She gets to antecipate our requirements. We were surprised with a great caress: a cold cuts and cheese plater followed a malbec wine, serviced at the bedroom, for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Gym is one the most completed We have been, where Marcelo goes to great lengths to be pleasant. There were just some little disturbs provocated by other guests located at the same level, but the staff managed in good manners. In our last night, there was a great performance by a pianist called Francis, at the lobby, closing with gold key our wondeful moments/time.

Had a lovely and chill stay in a great location of São Paulo nearby everything you need! I wish there were more services available and they were pet-friendly as well but nonetheless I would absolutely stay there again!

酒店是2012年修的好像，房間裏面沒有什麼，相對比較老舊，但是說是富人區，流浪漢各種情況相對好。逛街很近，他們說的奢侈品店可能跟我們想象的有差距。服務態度各種還是不錯的

Just returned from my second stay at Fasano São Paulo and am pleased to say it was as good as the first time. The staff goes out of its way to please it’s guests and maintains extremely high standards. The rooms are impeccably designed with amazing bath supplies, comfortable beds, electric blinds that block out the daylight completely and the welcoming brigadeiros. Fasano, though, is more than just a hotel. The Baretto Jazz Lounge offers excellent live music, the hotel dining options are all exceptional, and there is a mini upscale mall attached to the property, Shops Jardins, that is home to upscale retailers such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, etc along with top tier restaurants including Makoto. Location cannot be beat with Oscar Freire just a few blocks away and a couple of Santander banks for ATM withdrawals within a 5 minute walk. Extremely safe and upscale neighborhood that attracts a sophisticated, but non pretentious, crowd. Why stay anywhere else in São Paulo?…I know I wouldn’t.

Alguns quartos ainda tem carpete e como sou asmática não posso ficar nesse tipo de quarto . Não tinham na ocasião para me transferir . Contudo no dia seguinte eles fizeram a troca .

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

酒店還挺乾淨 有健身房和泳池 不過泳池比較小 雖然帶了泳衣過去 結果天氣太冷沒游成 酒店的早餐相對單一 主食主要是各式麵包 維生素主要是水果 蛋白質基本就是不同做法的雞蛋 隔兩天會有雞肉或者牛肉 芝士麻薯很好吃 個人很喜歡 牛奶燕麥也不錯 性價比不錯 後續再去巴西應該還會選擇

It’s a hotel where you get what you pay for in terms of amenities. The location is fantastic and the service is out of this world. Michel at check-in spoke both English and French and gave fantastic customer service.

位置很好，出門就是最繁華的商務金融大街，每年的狂歡節，馬拉松等重要的活動都在這條大街上，到的這天正趕上他們的萬聖節🎃假期，大街上汽車不能通行，要到下午收攤了才能恢復通車，騰出安全空間給百姓娛樂和交易，幾乎所有公司都關門放假，衹有商場餐館酒店開着，大街上都是人，隔二三十米就是一個樂隊，音樂震天響，圍着一堆人，有人跟着一塊扭腰轉胯的，很高興的樣子，一路都是地攤推車，據說一個月出攤七八次就能養活一家人，沒有城管，不收稅，窮人的快樂生活。酒店挺乾淨，也很安靜，不足之處在設施陳舊了，有些地方比中國改開初期的招待所好得有限，國內的城市酒店競爭如此激烈，怎麼沒有人到這裏來發展呢？

Eu, meu esposo e meu filho já somos clientes da Rede Vila Galé, por conta de seu padrão de qualidade internacional. Então, quando reservamos, já imaginávamos encontrar uma excelente hotelaria. E a rede conseguiu nos surpreender, o hotel tem uma decoração especial se assemelhando a um museu de arte europeu, com uma decoração linda, um perfume que é igual em toda sua rede e extremamente convidativo e aconchegante ao hóspede que procura um local para descansar. Confortável, comida boa, atendimento sensacional. Só recomendo... quem nunca ficou num hotel da rede Vila Galé deve conhecer.
