Ulasan Blue Tree Premium Morumbi

I don’t recommend. To be fair, location is very good. It is the closest accomodation near Shopping center. However, the rest deserves only 3 stars maximum. 1) Awful service : the personnels especially front desk people are poorly trained. I wonder they understand the concept “hospitality” No flexibility at all. 2) Card key : you have to renew your card key every time you go out because it has magnetic problem. I still don’t understand this retarded system. 3) Shitty facilities: swimming pool and gym not worth using, breakfast not worth eating, no water in the room. Old room and elevator. Elevator stops working sometimes, and due to too small size, you have to wait more than several minutes to take an elevator in the morning. I had a choice between Blue Tree and other major hotels like Sheraton, Hyatt, and Hilton. Of course Blue Tree is not worth comparable to those hotels, but it was way worse than I expected. I regret choosing BlueTree just because of its location. It is sad reality of Brail that I chose this hotel over others for safety reason.

Bom hotel

Very bad hotel, the equipment is very old like my grandma. The room is noisy, the front desk don’t speak English. And they told me I consume in mini bar but I didn’t. And I don’t know who knock my door on 8-9pm. And they did 2-3 times. It is bad. Don’t recommend. Radisson is much better

The transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.

不錯， 出差都是住這，酒店對面有購物中心很方便，早餐也還可以，還有洗衣服務，雖然要收費，但是很方便，不錯

4성급호텔에서 낮에 드릴소리가 심하게 납니다. 무료 물이 없고, 무료 칫솔, 치약, 빗,등이 없다. 조식은 오리지널 서양식~ 빵 커피 음료수 과일, 그리고스크럼블~ 끝 위치가 좋으니 어느정도 용서는 된다.

非常滿意，採光好，服務周到，乾淨衞生，安全可靠，期待下一次再入住，房型太緊俏，靠近商務區，出行，購物，聚餐方便。

Excelente ubicación enfrente del shopping y cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas. Muy buen desayuno y habitaciones grandes y comfortables. No tiene servicio de transfer al aeropuerto.
