Hotel terbaik di Sao Paulo

It was not our first and not even our second stay in this hotel. From the beginning we just loved everything about it. Our previous stay was exactly 2 years ago: in January, 22 and that time I also wrote a review saying how classy hotel it is and how much it deserves more honest management, because they decided nothing better than make super-noisy works inside the hotel without either closing it or – at the very least - warning the guests beforehand or just having a notice on their site about the fact of the works and their schedule, so everyone could make an informed decision whether to book depending on their plans in Sao Paulo – because it is isn’t possible to be in the room with a kind of noise and walls shaking that was going on around. But, well, in January, 22 the pandemic was still on, so everything that was happening during that time should be looked at with some kind of discount, shouldn’t it? And then 2 years have passed, so surely the renovation - or whatever they call them – works should had finished long time ago, in 2 years you can build a completely new hotel from scratch and Emiliano must be even more classy now that it was in the past, - we thought naively with my wife when making a booking for Emiliano Suite (just a bit shy of USD 1.000 per night) this time for our 2 days break in Sao Paulo. When checking-in, more for the sake of pulling a joke I asked the receptionist: but for sure you don’t have any more works, like you had 2 years back, do you? Hum, actually we do have renovations ongoing on 10th and 11th floor – the answer was, - but you won’t hear anything on the 16th floor you Suite is on, but if you will be disturbed, please, just call us and we will stop it right away. Right, just a bit after 9:00 a.m. banging of tens of hummers started and it felt like they were all banging on the walls and ceiling of our suite. Like agreed, I called front desk and told them to stop it all right away. “Yes, yes, they understand”. Except absolutely nothing was changing. I called again and again and on the 3rd time I asked to talk to the manager. After some time, I was passed to some female (unfortunately didn’t catch the name), who – it was felt through a phone receiver – smiling from ear to ear asked me how she could help me. They should stop the noise right away and refund me the money, - I told her, - because they promise 5-star amenities and 5-star comfort luring people to stay with them. They do have the amenities, but there is absolutely no comfort with that noise. So, sorry, they can’t stop the noise, they have renovation works going on, but she will see what she can do about refunding me some money, - she said without her cheeky smile already. Of course, I never heard from her again and at the check-out was presented a bill showing full amounts for room. So, not only management of the hotel became any more honest throughout these 2 years. Comparado a outros hoteis de são paulo, o Estanplaza está parado no tempo. A decoração é antiga e, pelo menos no quarto em que fiquei, a conservação estava precária. O valor da diária não corresponde a qualidade da acomodação. Não pagaria nnovamente. O restaurante é razoável, mas nada que proporcione uma experiencia gastronomica diferenciada. O atendimento pelos funcionarios, no entanto, foi impecável. Toda a equipe esta de parabens.

I booked through my trusted tour opertaor and couldn't be happier with this hotel. My opinion might be a little biased, because I'm an architect and this hotel was designed by my favorite Brasilian architect. The hotel is amazing, the interior design is flawless and the room I stayed in was very spacious. Even with a small living area in front of the bed. Eveything was top quality. Not a single ray of light enters through the windows when the black out is down. My only comments would be, that although the service in the front desk was incredible, I didn't felt the same friendliness in the terrace bar... like they were forced to be there. And do eat breakfast, they give you the BEST cheese bread I tried in all of Brazil, but if you want eggs of any kind, you have to ask for them... but I think this is a common think in brazilian hotels. I really wished I could have stayed more time.

BSide restaurant @ Apart Hotel Adagio Sao Paulo Berriniis a must visit thanks to Cesar and Rodrigo's impecable service. Day and night they do eveything in their power to please their customers including unbeatable ”caipirinhas”.

Esse hotel é da rede Buenas Vistas. É um prédio muito antigo. Quando estive hospedado, haviam mangueiras de cabos elétricos expostos, os elevadores funcionavam bem. O café da manhã é muito simples, mas é gostoso, o espaço é bem limpinho e parece novo, mas é bem pequeno. O quarto em que fiquei estava bem limpinho. Não há secadores de cabelo. É um hotel bem econômico. As meninas da recepção são muito atenciosas. O ponto negativo do hotel é sua localização, em frente do estabelecimento há usuários de drogas e o risco de assalto é muito grande, além disso, há um comércio de diversos itens expostos no chão, há um mercado do lado do hotel, além de lanchonetes. Na avenida São João, há elevados riscos de assaltos. Eu acredito que a prefeitura precisa intervir na rua e região, incentivar a revitalização e ocupação por empresas etc.

Buen hotel, en excelente ubicación. Algo caro para el estado en el que está. Instalaciones correctas, sin que sobre nada.

地理位置：因為沒有過多自己出去走，感覺周圍距離主幹道還有一定的距離，適合打車 房間：圖片和實際相符，住宿還是很舒服的，有陽台，有遮光窗簾，床比較高和軟硬適中 洗漱用品： 沒有牙刷，有洗髮液，護髮素和身體乳。但是沒有沐浴液，提供的肥皂 拖鞋：沒有，但是知道我沒有帶拖鞋，服務人員給了一雙沙灘拖鞋讓我暫時穿着，服務很棒 服務：前台可以流利的英語交流，其他的多數説葡萄牙語，可以通過翻譯軟件來溝通，服務很棒，具有5星級服務的標準 早餐：含早餐，質量比較好，水果新鮮，有免費的酸牛奶很舒服 飲用水：無免費的飲用水和咖啡，房間內都需要自己花錢購買 總體比較滿意，住宿服務還可以，但是硬件不能跟普通賓館相比。

O hotel é bom, as acomodações são boas. Localização excelente. Os ficamos em uma suíte com dois quartos e o espaço é muito bom. No quesito staff achei bem prejudicado, funcionários despreparados para te atender, limpeza também não é boa. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, eles preparam omeletes etc só que detestamos ( muito óleo, sem tempero). A academia… socorro! Mas se vc precisar só de dormir e lugar bom para deslocar pode ficar tranquilo.

I have travelled all over the world and have stayed in some dodgy places, but I have never had the experience I had at this hotel. The hotel is clean, in a great location which were greatly enhanced by the professional photos on this and other sites. I'm not sure how they consider this Executive Service as almost no one in the hotel spoke English and the rooms were extremely tired and the bed was like sleeping on cement. But that is not what I wanted to bring attention to. I had the misfortune of standing on the stairs in front of the hotel awaiting the arrival of my Uber, only to have my phone snatched out of my hand by a young thief on a bike utiliizing the angular driveway as his vehicle to rip off unsuspecting patrons of this hotel. The night following my experience I personally thwarted the same individual from doing it to another guest as I recognized the guy and chased him away. After a discussion with the day time front desk clerk (She spoke English) I was apparently the 4th person to have this happen at the hotel recently. Furthermore when I brought it to her attention her response was ” Oh well this is Brazll, what do you expect?” Not one person offered any help from the hotel. While this hotel is very well located I will probably never stay there again after this. As far as the onsite restaurant, I could never figure out when it was supposed to be open and the pool is about the size of an oversized hot tub. Stay here at your own risk!

As instalações dos quartos precisam ser atualizadas: Tomadas: há um espaço para trabalhar, com uma mesa de escritório, porém as tomadas são antigas e não é possível usá-las. A cadeira de escritório é um pouco perigosa, se você se escora um pouco mais para trás, quase cai. Aparador de televisão: há um aparador de televisão antiguíssimo que ocupa a metade do quarto e faz o ambiente ficar pesado. Sugestão: retirar o aparador e colocar a televisão na parede. Telefone: há um telefone antiguíssimo no quarto, para um objeto de decoração é legal, mas atualmente não é nada funcional, não sei nem usar. Sabonete: não havia sabonete no quarto.
