Perfect Location and great breakfast with excellent room conditions

My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days. Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes I gave up I also forgot something in the room and called them. Again, 5-7 minutes of transferring me from one person to another until someone with decent English answered. I’d expect an hotel in the center of São Paulo to have the staff that speaks English if they interact with guests. Overall, expensive yet disappointing experience

The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.

Good location, not expensive, also enough different food on breakfast, staff also cool, I recommend it!!!

The front desk service is great, and they often greet guests in Chinese. The breakfast is also quite rich.

The accommodation fee on the day was very cheap and good. It would have been even better if they had provided slippers. It was disappointing that the TV could only be viewed from one side. There were no particular problems, but if the hotel reception staff could not respond more quickly, it would have been difficult to check in when it was crowded, which may have lowered customer satisfaction.

It's in a safe area and close to the subway, so it's a comfortable place to stay. The staff are cheerful and provide great service!

The hotel seems to have been repaired in 2012. There is nothing in the room. It is relatively old, but it is said to be a wealthy area, and the situation of homeless people is relatively good. Shopping is very close, and the luxury stores they mentioned may be different from what we imagined. Various service attitudes are good

Неплохо, в хорошем месте, недалеко есть магазин, бассейн маловат. Номера под уставшие, но чисто опрятно. Отель под реновацией
