The location is a little bit far from the downtown but they give us free bus ticket. And it takes 15min by walk. They have little jacuzzi and you can use water machine and drink coffee for free.

The hotel is on the right hand of the entrance of Banfu town, 3 floors on the ground, with underground parking, heated swimming pool, SPA hall. There is a lift from the underground car park to the lobby and the upper floors. The guy who checked in was very friendly and patient. We arrived a little early and politely asked if we could check in. He checked and immediately helped us check in. The room is a standard room, two large beds of 1.8 meters, clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are safes and hangers in the hall, and washing and washing are separated. There are hair dryers, coffee makers, refrigerators, air conditioners. The coffee tastes great.My only regret is no breakfast.

Nice location, very close to downtown area

Located in the Banff Avenue and quite close to the restaurants in downtown Banff, with ard 20 mins walk and 5 min by bus. The hotel provides complimentary transit pass with route no 1 and 2. Good hygiene and housekeeping service. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

Great place to stay, within walking distance of downtown Banff. Clean hotel, comfortable beds. No complaints.

Decent hotel. Parking available- very expensive for what it is but you’re paying for where you are as opposed to the hotel itself. Air conditioning wasn’t working but they kindly sent a fan to the room for me. Bathroom decent- bed comfortable

Big room for two queen beds in a room ! Good indoor swimming pool and a hot tub ! However, this week is 30 C, The pool ‘s water is a bit cold ! Warmer weather may be better ! The view of the room is stunning ! Also , I like the hand soap and cream they use , they are the natural products from Rocky mountain soap! It is very good to go with a family ! The reason not give 5 star is the toilet is not working very well !

酒店在班夫大道上，出門即可逛街覓食。房間很寬敞，衞生也很好，還有自助洗衣機解決了我們旅途洗衣的煩惱。前台還幫忙預訂了去景點的門票和公交票，仔細説明瞭注意事項，很好的酒店！

1. 位置，在Banff大街的盡頭，停車很方便，但如果想去步行街，走過去20分鐘。晚上8點前開車需要付停車費（如果不被抓到好像也沒事） 2. 環境，乾淨衞生，洗護產品非常好！有熱水壺和咖啡機，不要期待太多，更美在Banff景點 3. 還是覺得住在Banff方便一點，整體推薦。沒有體驗其他泳池就不點評了。
