Very good hotel, kind staff and great location. The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

The price is too expensive, 1200, which is similar to the other 600, but the rest is ok!

The reserved room was not available, there was a delay in the delivery of the robes and in the restaurant. Relatively old hotel with few amenities for the price.

Yes, I thought the accommodation, cleanliness, food and staff reception were perfect.
