The staff offered excellent services at check-in,daily maintenance. The front desk helped us greatly when one college forgot the passport. However, alarm setting at my room is terrible. I was awaked by the alarm 3 times during this 11 nights stay.

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a drugstore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Moreover, I needed to ask many times to switch on saunas. At 21:00 the saunas were already not working even it is mentioned that spa is open till 22:00. That's pity, because it is time when most people wants to relax after day. The only thing was missing is jacuzzi.

I spend 3 nights there. Very friendly staff, larger than average room, quiet air conditioning system and a very comfortable bed (only the pillows could/should be better). Shower was great and there is a fridge and even an iron/ironing board in the room. Breakfast features many items (see pictures) and the quality was fine. I had room 1303 which was great and quiet (though pretty much nothing can prevent the noise of those motorbikes with modified parts to drill through any protection ... a pest in Brazil). There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers around as well as a few supercenters (Walmart, Carrfour, etc...). The CPTM station is a 15 minutes safe walk away for quick and inexpensive trips to other parts of Sao Paulo (less that a dollar) or even to the airport (90 minutes train/metro ride). I would not hesitate a second to return. A special thanks to Jennifer from the reception but, as mentioned, all the staff was very nice and helpful.

Em fiquei hospedada recentemente neste hotel a trabalho e em um dos dias, enquanto tomava café da manhã (no salao que inclusive é foto de capa deste anúncio), fui ao banheiro e acabei esquecendo meu celular lá. Quando voltei, o mesmo não estava mais lá e em nenhum lugar. Na hora quis acionar a gerência, mas não estava trabalhando no dia e não recebi qualquer respaldo da unidade ou da rede Transamérica. Estava a trabalho e tive sérias perdas e um dano psicológico resultante de stress enorme por conta de uma situação dessas. Somente dois dias depois fizeram contato, mas não mostraram as imagens da câmera que revelaria o(a) culpado(a). Já tomei as providências legais e até agora nada, estou esperando por justiça e eles não movem uma palha! NÃO INDICO e inclusive estou escrevendo isso para que NÃO SE HOSPEDEM lá ou deixem seus pertences em qualquer lugar pois EXISTEM PESSOAS DE MÁ FÉ NOS CORREDORES deste hotel, e o mesmo não faz nada a respeito nem NADA PARA A PROTEÇÃO DOS HÓSPEDES, APENAS PARA PROTEGER A SI MESMO. PÉSSIMO!

PPengguna TetamuAs I have posted here, Renaissance Hotel has been the best choice for staying in São Paulo. The main reason is the service offered for their extraordinary staff. This time, carnival 2023, even after the pandemic of covid, it was not diferent. Since check-in our experience has been the best. The breakfast remains with the same quality and variety. I cant leave to mention the concierge servisse: Jade gave us all attention and assistance posible, always smiling...She gets to antecipate our requirements. We were surprised with a great caress: a cold cuts and cheese plater followed a malbec wine, serviced at the bedroom, for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Gym is one the most completed We have been, where Marcelo goes to great lengths to be pleasant. There were just some little disturbs provocated by other guests located at the same level, but the staff managed in good manners. In our last night, there was a great performance by a pianist called Francis, at the lobby, closing with gold key our wondeful moments/time.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located conveniently at Ave Paulista with a nice restaurant next door. I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

These are minimal compact apartments. Be sure to send your documents ahead in advance (passport or Govt issued ID). Keep in mind there are no kitchens or cooking (microwave) in these units. The hotel is in easy reach of many things such as Avenida Paulista, shopping and many bakeries, restaurants and bars! Room cleaning and extra towels are upon request, not automatic! I truly enjoyed my 2 weeks there but may be better suited to shorter stays.

Ótima portaria presencial.Funcionários atenciosos prestativos. Apto 401 com deliciosa varanda,mesa,cadeiras ,defronte para a rua e vista para Pça arborizada. A rua é um pouco barulhenta até meia-noite. Roupa de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade. Limpeza impecável . Tamanho ótimo. Parabéns ao Gestor dessa unidade Charlie.

Just across the street from the airport through a the walking bridge you can find this Ibis, the tallest building in the neighbourhood and most convenient for a number of reasons. Whether all you need is some good sleep before flying the next day, the purpose is to hit the road towards the coastline (Santos) or another, the Ibis standard shall be met here. Last refurbishment was some years ago and rooms need a new one urgently, for some furniture slowly wears off. Breakfast ist more complete than in some Mercures in the city, internet works fine and manager Vagner can always be counted upon for any urgency, always most understanding to guests' needs.

PPengguna TetamuCRITICA CONSTRUTIVA Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h. Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h. Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO. Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

BBekirPerfect place, very nice building staff, good security. But these all belong to the apartment, not hotel management. No room service. No changing towels, clean the room, i asked for extra blanket many days but no result. Even though it is clean and big place. If you wAnt to take care of your own staff it is a good place to stay.

PPengguna TetamuMinha história terminou com pesadelo deboche da parte dos funcionários , tive uma viagem a negócios ao consulado da Itália em São Paulo , escolhi 360 suítes no Booking baseado na região , mas não imaginava no nível de lugar eu estaria me metendo , confiando na empresa e seus funcionários , FUI FURTADA na minha suite após arrumação ,resolvi estender minha estadia , foi informado que no mesma suíte não seria possível minha permanência , pois já tinha outro hóspede pra chegar após meu check out , daí fiz uma nova reserve pelo Booking , tive que efetuar o check out e espera fora (dentro carro ) 2 horas pra retornar numa nova suíte , eu esqueci minha jaqueta da diesel pendurada no armário com a importância de 350 euros , pois quando me dei conta antes do próximo check in retornei na recepção e avisei q deixei pendurada , ela ligou lá pros responsáveis da limpeza , e informaram q nada foi encontrado , cai desespero , ela falou p eu ir pra nova suíte pois ela ia se comunicar com gerente , subi e daí ela ligou novamente falando q nada foi encontrado e entregado , ela ofereceu para eu ir na suíte q fiquei hospeda pra olhar , não tinha nada , nem outro hóspede como haviam dito que era motivo q eu n podia renovar na mesma , aí fui fazer um B.o. Mas até agora ninguém me deu satisfação, com meu prejuízo , além Disso fui vítima de deboche pelo segurança dizendo se fosse uma jaqueta da louis vítton eu poderia estar em desespero . Até agora nada estão tipo um jogando responsabilidade pro outro !!! Que tipo de empresa e está ? Estão lidando com animal ??? Quero uma solução não vou descansar até resolver ! Teus funcionários que furtam hóspedes devem ser punidos ou presos por delito de furto vergonha !!!!!!!!!! Cuidado pessoal
