Hotel berhampiran Ngũ Chỉ Sơn Trekking Sapa, Sa Pa

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. Relaxing, stunning views, and quiet area. The room is clean and the pool is nice (It fits well with the environment around it). The staff are friendly especially a woman at the front desk. What I was disappointed with was waiting for my food for a long time (I’m starving). I know they were really busy with a big group but they should know that there’s only a table with two of us at that time. They just let us wait until everything was finished with the big group. which took 3 hours. However, overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Set near the base of a steep side street just a short walk from the centre of town, Sapa Dragon is in a fabulous location. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, markets, Tour operators and within walking distance of Cat Cat Village and Ham Rong Mountain. It is a 4 minute stroll to catch a train to the Cable Car that takes you to the top of Fanispan, the highest mountain in Vietnam, or a 40 min steep walk if you wanted to stretch your legs. Our 2nd floor room was spacious, decorated beautifully, had a wooden bathtub and views from the balcony over the rooftops to Ham Rong Mountain. There was only stairs no lift, this did not bother us but may be a concern if you had mobility issues. The Hotel was clean, quiet and the owner was very gracious and eager to cater for any of our needs. Although she had little English she utilised Google translate to make sure she understood our requests. When we arrived we were asked what we would like for our Breakfast and this was presented as requested each morning in the dining room. Not as cheap as some Hotels in Sapa but good value considering location, size of room, cleanliness and friendliness. I can highly recommend this Hotel.

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

We were first given a room that has a smell so my wife requested for another room and they accomodated our request. The hotel was only above average and the plus point was the extremely convenient location a stones throw to anywhere and everywhere in downtown Sa Pa. The breakfast verandah is another spectacular location while the breakfast is pretty standard for the price we paid As in the Title we had a beautiful rainbow right outside our balcony window which was quite awesome and the hotel staff even made special arrangements for my wife`s birthday

Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. We chose this hotel because of the reviews of how friendly the manager was, and we were not disappointed. We arrived at his door at 6am with no booking, and he took care of us and stored our bags. Me and my husband came down with the stomach flu, and he pointed us to nearby pharmacies, helped us with English-fluent advice on medicines, offered to make us soup every time we saw him, and bought us some instant soup packets that we could make in our room and turned out to be the absolute perfect thing to help, becoming the only thing we ate for a full day. When I came for towels late in the night to cool my husband’s fever, he offered a tip with oil and warm rags that worked to cure the fever. Once we recovered, we were on our way out the door on a cold drizzly day and my husband didn’t have a coat, and this man literally gave him the coat off his back. I can tell he went into the hotel business because he cares about people, and we could feel it at our stay. I have no idea what we would have done on our trip to Sapa without him. Hotel Snow is a hidden gem, clean, and beautifully decorated and designed, and is worth 5 stars for the business owner alone.

Das schlimmste Hotel auf unserer Reise in Vietnam. Die Zimmer sind optisch ganz OK, aber veraltet ,was nicht schlimm ist. Aber was richtig ekelig ist, ist der Geruch in den Zimmern und der Schimmel der sich überall befindet. Alles feucht in den Zimmern. Die Decken, die Kissen, die Vorhänge. Es ist sowas von widerlich, dass ich niemanden empfehlen kann hier zu übernachten. Wenn jemanden seine Gesundheit wichtig ist, dann bitte gebt etwas mehr Geld aus und spart nicht am falschen Ende!!! Es ist einfach so ekelhaft hier. Das ist wirklich schade. Die Bilder von den Zimmern, wurden definitiv bearbeitet oder nach der Fertigstellung des Hotels gemacht! Ich kann nur abraten!

I would like to give my biggest appreciation to Bamboo Sapa Hotel specially to the receptionist and also to the bellman named Mr. San and the pool attendant and all the staff at there who assisted us in our stay at the property. I highly reccommend this place! Noce amenities and amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything
