I had a huge room at Level 3, but too bad, it had no view. The room and its en suite bath and toilet were clean though, and it had all the basic necessities to afford a comfortable stay. I liked the location of the hotel, which was just opposite the train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants around the vicinity, and it was nice to be able to walk around to explore Sapa on my own.

Stayed here for a short trip but it was fantastic. This is a great getaway if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to relax. The scenery is beautiful, full of the locals gardens and mountains. It’s about 10 minutes or less from the main attraction areas but we didn’t mind. The main attractions tend to get crowded and loud so coming back to a quiet place at night was great. We taxied there and back thanks to the very helpful receptionist who would call the taxis for us. They have motorbike for rental too. Our room was great and comfy. We loved all the embroidery items and pictures displayed throughout the place. The people here are very nice and caring. Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. Pho for breakfast was A++. We also ate at the restaurant for Lunch/Dinner and the food was delicious. Wait time was a bit longer but you can tell everything was cooked fresh, so no complaints there. We ate here every day because the food was delicious and authentic. All the managers and workers were so nice and the atmosphere was great. Going to try the heated pool tomorrow. We had a pleasant stay overall. Next time we’ll stay longer for sure.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Rooms clean, large, and modern. It has an interesting vibe as it’s relatively small so has that charm but still manages to capture the class that comes with bigger hotel chains. Feels like you’re staying in a Hilton that’s been shrunk down in size. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I wanted to go up Mount Fansipan which I heard is a waste of money if the weather is bad, but you often can’t tell until you’re up there. The hotel receptionist knew someone on the mountain and called him to check, so I knew it was clear. That’s over and above service. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout. One of the most beautiful pools I have seen. A great way to end the day or chill after a tough trek. Location is great. Sapa in general is busy and touristy but the street this is on is slightly less hectic while still being close to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note is the basic rooms in this hotel don’t have windows, so if you want windows book the Superior Room. That’s what I did. You can’t see much from the windows though so if you want a view get a room with a balcony. The hotel is exceptional value for money anyway so it’s probably worth the expense. I would highly recommend the Sapa Soleil Hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

這家生態旅館住宿體驗極佳，是獨棟小屋形勢，乾淨衞生，環境優美，幾個年輕人合開的民宿，服務也熱情，讓我們入住時感受到寧靜與愜意。
民宿地處黑苗人村落，風情較為獨特，也鄰近紅瑤族聚集村落，騎摩託10分鐘內到達，便於體驗多元文化，感受木桶泡澡。附近有個野生洞穴，也可以去探險，更是增添了不少樂趣。但唯一不足的是距離城鎮較遠，建議騎摩託前往，否則交通不便。
總體來説，值得一住！

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

We had a great stay at the Dragon Hotel. I booked my trip originally through a third party company and needed to change the dates of the trip. The third party company said it’s non-refundable and wouldn’t let me change the dates so I simply extended the trip. Turned out the hotel owner, Kieu Anh tried to reach out to me to accommodate but I didn’t know. She was so kind even before we arrived at the hotel. While we were there, we hiked up Mt. Fansipan and had to leave at 5am on the day of. She woke up early at 5am to make us pho for breakfast before we left. I was so appreciative. On the first night we arrived, I mentioned that I love steamed rice roll so she made it for us for breakfast the last day we were there. She was simply amazing. I was so touched. The room was very nice and spacious with a cute balcony. The location was extremely convenient. While we were there, Kieu Anh also helped us exchange money (she gave us a good rate) and they also have laundry service which was so convenient. If you want a hotel stay with a homestay feel, you must visit the Dragon Hotel.

The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking.
The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient.
To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk.
Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.

We arrived at his door at 6am with no booking, and he took care of us and stored our bags. Me and my husband came down with the stomach flu, and he pointed us to nearby pharmacies, helped us with English-fluent advice on medicines, offered to make us soup every time we saw him, and bought us some instant soup packets that we could make in our room and turned out to be the absolute perfect thing to help, becoming the only thing we ate for a full day. When I came for towels late in the night to cool my husband’s fever, he offered a tip with oil and warm rags that worked to cure the fever. Once we recovered, we were on our way out the door on a cold drizzly day and my husband didn’t have a coat, and this man literally gave him the coat off his back. I can tell he went into the hotel business because he cares about people, and we could feel it at our stay. I have no idea what we would have done on our trip to Sapa without him. Hotel Snow is a hidden gem, clean, and beautifully decorated and designed, and is worth 5 stars for the business owner alone.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, The location is good. Very near to the nearby lake, bus terminal and the Notre Dame Church.
I booked a room with a city view but was not assigned to such a room upon our check in, though upon my verbal request, they transferred us to the room with a city view on the second floor.
Unfortunately, we notice that the hallway going to that room is being used as a stocked area of some unused beds causing quite discomfort in walking along that way to our room.
The comfort room also needs some repair and improvements. With a rusty and detached towel hanger inside.
The room itself is okay but has a defective door knob.
On our last night of stay, we were not able to have sound sleep due to continuous noise within the hotel Which we were not able to identify where the noise is coming from.
Practically, we still recommend this hotel for those who are planning to have trips to Sa Pa

Tôi sẽ quay lại vào lần sau.

Он вкусно готовит! Но большой минус-за 3 дня не было ни разу уборки номера. Ни воды ни даже мусор не забирали. В остальном очень прилично! Номер большой! Ванна чистая!

Ditempah melalui Agoda. Bilik itu ok dari gambar tetapi pada hakikatnya ia jauh kurang daripada apa yang dibentangkan. Bilik kecil dengan pencahayaan yang lemah (semula jadi dan terang), juga memerlukan sedikit peningkatan pada perabot dan program TV. Saya juga menghadapi masalah untuk mendapatkan air panas untuk berfungsi di mana saya terpaksa meminta bantuan dua kali dari penerimaan tetamu. Budak pertama tidak faham air tidak panas tetapi hangat kemudian meninggalkan saya di dalam bilik. Jadi saya terpaksa naik semula untuk kali kedua. Budak kedua datang dan biarkan kedua-dua air singki dan air pancuran mengalir selama 3-4 minit dan akhirnya kami mendapat air panas. Basuh di atas air! Boleh melakukan lebih baik dengan menaik taraf sistem air panas. Saya berasa sesak sehingga saya perlu membazirkan air setiap kali saya memerlukan mandi air panas. Nasib baik hanya 2 malam.

Mình đã có những có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời trong 3 đêm ở đây: - Nhân viên lễ tân đến nhân viên phục vụ, nhà bếp đều nhiệt tình, thân thiện, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ mình. - Anh Vũ chủ ksan và chị Lệ cực kì tốt tính nha, mình đã đc anh chị mời dự 1 buổi sinh nhật của 1 bạn nhân viên vào ngày thứ 3 ở khách sạn. Cảm giác rất gần gũi và như thể mỗi vị khách tới đây đều được anh chị và toàn thể nhân viên chào đón như thành viên trong gia đình vậy. - Khách sạn chỉ cách trung tâm quảng trường chưa đến 300m, nếu đi lối tắt là thang bộ xuống trung tâm thì có khi gần hơn thế tầm 270m. - Khách sạn có view nhìn ra đỉnh Fansipan hùng vĩ, giá cả cực kì hấp dẫn, và chất lượng thì phải gọi là vượt xa tầm giá. - Mỗi buồng ngủ đều có đầy đủ đèn Led cực chill, có đệm sưởi, cái đệm này mình ngủ qua đêm mà nóng chảy mồ hôi luôn ý. Ngoài ra có tẩu sạc USB, sạc 220v. - Buồng tắm có đèn sưởi, nước nóng 24/24h. - Wifi căng đét. - Khách sạn có dịch vụ book vé cáp treo, cho thuê xe máy, cung cấp tour trekking,... - Khách sạn có phục vụ bữa sáng, cafe, trái cây,... Tổng kết: Mình hoàn toàn đề xuất khách sạn này cho các bạn nào muốn trải nghiệm du lịch Sapa theo cách độc đáo nhất, tiết kiệm nhất. Đây là trải nghiệm lần đầu ở khách sạn kén của kình tại Việt Nam và mình thấy thật sự tuyệt vời. Mình ở Sapa Capsule Hotel từ 27-30/1/2023, mình khẳng định những lời review này của mình hoàn toàn là của cá nhân mình, mình ko có nhận tiền từ tổ chức hay công ty nào để viết bài.
