Good price, location and room size. Close to Sapparro JR station, convenience stores, McDonald's and souvenir shops. Recommended!

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

Location of the hotel is good. Close to the alight bus stand for the airport bus from CTS. It’s also the first stop to board the bus to the airport. Right in front of the hotel. Hotel is also near to Nakajimacoen subway station which makes going around Sapporo easily. The breakfast is superb. Rated no 4 in whole of Japan. The seafood don is self service and you can take unlimited seafood if you can finish it. Don’t waste the food. The seafood is extremely fresh. We also like the Hakkaido milk, yogurt drinks, milk puddings which is very creamy and smooth. Hotel offers welcome drinks which you can take to the room to drink. Amenities is also abundance for u to take.

お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

Sangat selesa di dalam bilik berharga biru dan putih yang terang! Saya menyimpan bagasi saya sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, tetapi adalah berguna untuk membawanya ke bilik saya terlebih dahulu! Saya telah berpindah dari satu hotel ke hotel lain, tetapi buat pertama kalinya saya kagum dengan perkhidmatan seperti ini! terima kasih banyak - banyak!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Terletak dengan sangat mudah, hanya kira-kira 2-3 minit berjalan kaki dari Exit Utara stesen JR Sapporo. Berus gigi, uncang teh, kopi segera dll tersedia secara percuma untuk dibawa di lobi lif. Aras 2 mempunyai ruang tamu dengan kopi percuma dan dispenser ais sekiranya anda mahukan bir sejuk di dalam bilik anda. Bilik agak besar dan direka dengan baik dengan banyak permukaan untuk meletakkan barang. Tandas dan bilik mandi diasingkan, yang bagus jika anda tidak tinggal bersendirian. Bilik mandi mempunyai set yang saya tidak kenali, kerana paip pancuran mandian terletak di luar tab mandi, walaupun anda boleh menarik kepala pancuran mandian ke dalam tab mandi. TV mempunyai Netflix (anda perlu log masuk ke akaun anda sendiri), YouTube dll, jadi lebih banyak pilihan untuk hiburan jika anda hanya mahu berehat di dalam bilik.

In the past, I haven't had the best experience at Wyndham hotels. However, Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori was INCREDIBLE. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast had a small variety of food (but delicious nonetheless), and the service was incredible. Service: Takuichi Sugiyama went above and beyond to serve us, and I genuinely have not met someone who works so hard and takes great pride in his work in such a long time. He was super friendly, always happy to help whenever we needed something, and you could tell he knew everything about the hotel and Sapporo in general — he even helped us ship our luggage to the airport and to our other hotels by doing all the paperwork for us. Kawaguchi Kiyohara was also extremely friendly and helped wherever she could! I don't think I could ask for better service. Attractions: The hotel is in a great spot! It's just a block away from Tanukikoji Shopping Street 1-2 and it's super easy to get around with the tram and trains quite close. Cleanliness and Decor: I loved how everything was new, and I loved the dark aesthetic (it made the rooms feel cosier — great in my case since we stayed in the middle of winter). The room was a tad smaller than what I'm used to, but again, I loved how cosy it was, and there was still enough space for me. One small thing that I noticed was the lingering smell of cigarettes in the lobby as you walked to the elevators. It wasn't until later on that I realised there was a smoking room at the end of the bathroom hallway. I really despise the smell of cigarettes, and it bothered me any time I returned to the hotel at night — perhaps, something could be done about this? This was the only thing I disliked; everything else, I have no complaints about. I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent stay. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room. The restaurant for breakfast gives you great views in different directions, which includes beautiful Mountain View! Good spread of breakfast. The staff at check in counter are helpful and provides the best information. Recommend this hotel to all who are coming to Sapporo. Convenient for transport and good shopping experience around!

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.
