Wonderful stay, with amazing & helpful staff. :) Near subway & airport liner station. (Nakajima)

在邊角的房間，所以有兩個窗。 11月入住已開暖氣，不冷。 酒店比較老舊了，但應該翻新過，洗澡水龍頭特別新，水很舒服。 門的鉸鏈也是新的，關門沒有聲音，特別好！ 酒店前台也比較熱情，紅葉季的週末能訂到五百多元一晚的價錢也算是不容易了。早上還有早餐挺好的。 只是入住時前台沒説樓下有咖啡茶可以自取，第二天才發現。

8年前に1度利用してとても良かったので、連れと札幌に来るときは利用したいと思ってました 連れも気に入ってくれたので、また来訪の時はお世話になります

有點兒偏遠,但很近中島公園,早上吃完早餐可以到中島公園逛逛,十分之寫意；呢間同Hotel Riov唔知有冇分別?定係改咗名?因為外牆見到有溫泉,但其實裏面係冇嘅!職員態度也不錯,房間尚算整潔,早餐亦不差,整體來說性價比也相當高

很好的酒店，左邊是中島公園右邊是河谷綠地，服務也很好。

I’ve just finished a night at the Business Inn Norte at Nakajima-koen in Sapporo. The hotel is just east of mid-section of Nakajima park and just west of Toyohira-gawa dori. I chose this hotel for a night in town and for its very low price. I’m pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a bit tense because they asked me first if I am a resident of Japan (I am) and then for my foreign registration card (which by law is not required). I refused and they dropped the subject. I paid, got my card key and room number (It’s on your receipt.) and headed upstairs. My room is small, but really not bad for the bargain off-season price I paid. It’s quiet, the bed is small but comfortable and the bathroom is typical of Japanese business hotels. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the south edge of Susukino, and a few stops on the subway to Odori and Sapporo Station. For solo travelers, it suits one’s needs well. Apart from the small hiccup at checkin, this hotel is fine for a night. And check-out this morning was a breeze. Drop my card key in the box and go. I’d be happy to stay here again when I have the opportunity.

じゃらんで予約する際には清掃なしプラン との表示はないにもかかわらず 現地 フロントでは清掃なしプランだと言われて 6泊したが 清掃なしで済まされてしまった。

中島公園そばの少し奥まったところにあり、周りは静かです。部屋は少し古めですが、きちんと清掃されて清潔です。リバービュールームということで、部屋から豊平川が見られ、安らぎます。朝食は本当に軽食です。ビジネスユースには、充分だと思います。

このホテルの建物の屋上看板は別のホテル名（２人用のブティックホテル？）が掲げられているが、実は入口が二つあり、片方はこのホテル（普通のビジネスホテル）であった。ホテル内はやや古さと狭さを感じる部分もあるが、基本的なものはそろっており、不自由はなかった。歯ブラシ・部屋着などは、エントランスの置き場から必要なもの、必要な分だけ持っていくスタイル。バス・トイレが同室、少し狭めだが、ボトルのボディーソープ、シャンプー等は備えられていた。部屋は川側だったので眺望はOK。ただ、大きな荷物を置くスペースが欲しかった。コロナ感染拡大期だったので、ルームサービス（正確には出前？）で夕食を済ませている人が多いように感じた。Wi-Fiのつながりはいまいちだった気がする（というか、感度の良さそうなWi-Fiはホテル案内書掲載のものと似て非なる名前であり、怖くて繋げなかった）。
