Room is very clean! Room size is small, but I can open a 24 inch luggage under the table. Toilet & shower are separate. Very near to metro station exit 6 , but nearby has no restaurant / mart

Good breakfast…excellent service

Used the women’s sauna on my second nights stay and wish I’d used it the previous night. Sauna holds 10 people comfortably and was very clean. I was the only person using the women’s sauna from 19:30 to 20:00. After I was changed the cleaner arrived to tidy up the area. Private showers available in the sauna facility along with drinking water and lockers. Afterwards you can choose to step outside to cooldown in the -10 air, it was a great experience. We’d stayed here previously our room this time was situated on the 5th floor corner building. The room was cold when we entered. The rooms would also benefit from smart tv installation such as YouTube and Netflix access. Also the lighting in the rooms needs updated as it’s quite dark in areas. Small improvements for an otherwise great stay.

3mins walk to hosui susukino subway station. Nothing much around the hotel so it’s pretty quiet.

The hotel is located a quick walk from the main hub of Susukino district. During our time there we were able to walk everywhere, including the TV tower and about a 30 minute walk to the train station. We didn't eat breakfast there, but they have a nice breakfast and coffee shop on the main floor. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. There is a sauna (no onsen) that was extremely relaxing on the top floor. The room was a bit small, and so was the shower, but it didn't impact our trip much.

Please provide a bottle water and cleaning air machine (not feeling well) Everyday has a soup for us that a sweet action.

1.位置很方便，離地鐵站非常近，不遠處也有便利店，打車去札幌站也不貴，走地下通道也可以去很多地方 2.設施很棒 麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，睡衣非常舒服 3. 房間隔音不錯，走廊裏的聲音基本聽不到 就是温度稍微有點冷，另外沒有提供熱水壺，不太方便

乾淨衞生，暖氣很足，房間衹有射燈，晚上回來洗澡收拾夠用了。前台服務很好。早餐的法蘭西多士很好吃，沙拉也不錯。總體來説很舒服，下次來札幌還會選擇這裏。

モダンでおしゃれな上に清潔感があり、サービスや設備もこの価格でこれだけして頂けて大満足です！ チェックインも24:00までなら連絡不要などこの地域だと外食に出る方が多いと思うので助かります！ サウナの設備が想像以上にしっかりしていて、ロウリュウもあって温度も満足ですし、サウナにも個別のシャワー3つやシャンプーなどとドライヤーも設置してありとても便利でした！ 荷物の預け入れや傘の貸し出し、貸し自転車などもありました。 豊平川が近いのでチェックアウト前に河川敷をマラソン→サウナが叶いました！寒い時期もしっかり温まります。 札幌すすきのに泊まる方おすすめです！！

北海道大学に行くために利用。豊水すすきの駅から歩いてすぐ。すすきのの中心地からは若干離れているが、ジンギスカンの店やラーメン横丁まで歩いて7分程度と便利。部屋も大変清潔で、屋上にサウナもあり最高。無料アイス、無料夜食味噌ラーメンも素晴らしい。台数が限られてはいるものの、自転車の貸出もしている。朝食はホットサンドとサラダバーとドリンクバーで美味しい。

一泊素泊まりで利用しました。ホテル内は清潔感溢れる空間に仕上がっており、部屋も快適でした。サウナ目当てで止まったのですが、セルフロウリュもあり気持ちよかったです。また就寝前に、豚汁を無料サービスで頂きました、ありがとうございます。
