Ulasan Sapporo Prince Hotel

location is rather outside the main busy tourist area, but the hotel offer free shuttle to sapporo, it could be better if they have evening schedule too. Room is rather spacious as in Japan, amenities are good in quality. Bottle of drinking water has been provided everyday. Breakfast is great, a wide variety of choice.

The breakfast of the hotel is quite yummy and there are many choices of food. The hotel provides regular shuttle bus to the Sapporo station. Please check the latest schedule and take reservation for the morning ride.

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out. We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

Overall I like this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The only problem is the smell in the toilet room. It’s not because they didn't do cleaning thoroughly, it is probably due to the dampness.

Love their triple room for bigger families. Love their bathtub for a good soak of hot water at the end of the day. Concierge and front desk service was great too. Do note parking is not free- it’s $15/day even for hotel guests. Overall we loved our stay.

The room is kinda small for 3 pax and on sen spy need to pay? Come on! I stay ur others hotel in Tokyo need not pay a penny. Very polite staffs and servicer but only Japan can communicate. If can have a staff or two knows English at least we could be extend. Looking forward to Hokkaido again in next year Feb 2024.

The staff were always very nice and greeted us warmly every time they saw us. We got upgraded to the royal Level of rooms which gives you access to the French restaurant. Beautiful spacious room with a great view. Short walk to the shopping street and to Odori Park. Would stay there again for sure.

Great hotel. Would recommend. Their English at the reception is very basic, so you need some patience, but they are very friendly.

This hotel is only 300meters away from subway station, thou abit far (1km away) by foot to Tanuki Koji. Room is spacious according to Japan standard. This hotel is value for money, highly recommended!

Location is not close to shopping street, but can walk, room very clean and not too small. They have hot spring services at 2nd floor but need to pay more 1000 yens.

Facilities too old, and location not particularly good. Otherwise it's fine.

Decent breakfast buffet with various Hokkaido milk which we enjoyed very much. Room and facilities are clean and location is close to Sapporo Snow Festival.
