Excellent hotel just walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. Just take the train from New Chitose Airport and you will arrive near to the hotel plus it is walking distance to places of interest.

Stayed in the south tower and the room is fantastic. Very new and spacious. Did not use onsen as it was chargeable at ¥1000 per use. Location of hotel is close to both sapporo station and TV tower and Odori park. Nijio market is about 10min walk away.

Terdapat dua kedai serbaneka di hadapan hotel dan ia adalah mudah! Ia adalah sangat baik bahawa tandas dan bilik mandi dipisahkan, dan bilik itu sangat bersih dan saya merasakan bahawa pembersihan dilakukan dengan baik. Sarapan pagi juga sangat mewah dan memuaskan dari pagi !! Jika anda berkata kuat, saya fikir ia adalah baik untuk mempunyai bayaran letak kereta yang lebih murah sedikit, dan selain itu, ia adalah yang paling kuat! Saya mahu tinggal lagi!

Good price, location and room size. Close to Sapparro JR station, convenience stores, McDonald's and souvenir shops. Recommended!

Can’t say much about the area as I didn’t really explore the area but there is a convenience store nearby. Service was bad as I had to queue in line for about an hour to check in. And one of my rooms was not ready until about 10pm which is kind of unacceptable. And I love the fact that proper full amenities were provided like big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

The hotel is a very short walk from Shin-Sapporo station but beware it is not directly connected. If you have luggage and there is snow on the ground outside it can be a little difficult to get there. Everything else was fine with the hotel. We stayed in a japanese style room which was basic but allowed for a very comfortable one night sleep. Breakfast on the 31/F was surprisingly good with outstanding views of the city. The staff were courteous.

Hotel ini baru dan bersih dan mudah digunakan. Tempat mandi awam mempunyai sauna dan mesin urut. Bufet sarapan pagi merangkumi kari sup khas Hokkaido dan Genghis Khan, sayur-sayuran dalam salad selalu segar, dan pencuci mulut berubah setiap bulan, sehingga anda dapat menikmati sandwic buah. Croissant renyah, dan roti bakar Perancis dan bamuda diletakkan di sebelah roti bakar. Sarapannya enak, kakitangannya cerewet dan bebas tekanan. Bagi mereka yang tidak keberatan, ini adalah hotel yang bagus kerana jaraknya agak jauh dari stesen.

It is a good Trip and satisfy the facility, only not so good for the Location, especially in winter season, it is obvious not convenient for the customers.

札幌市電西4丁目駅の前にあり、地下鉄大通駅や大通公園からも近くて便利な立地。 元々パチンコ店だった所を改装した宿泊施設となっているが、名残はあまり感じなかった。 現在は1階にセブンイレブンが入居しており、買い物も便利。 フロントは2階で、1階から↑を押してエレベーターに乗った場合、2階のボタンが自動的に押される仕組みとなっているようである。 ラウンジや朝食会場も2階にあり、広々としていた。 自動チェックイン・チェックアウト機も設置されており、 宿泊時、インはカウンターで対応・館内の説明をして頂いたが、アウトは機械で、追加精算がない場合はスムーズ。 客室階は3~6階。 セキュリティは充実しており、 2階まで上がってきたエレベーター内のカードリーダーへチェックイン時に借りたカードを翳すと、 自身の宿泊階と、大浴場のある地下1階のボタンが点滅するので、その間に押す。 その為、3~6階では自身の宿泊階以外への立入は出来ない。 客室に関しては、鍵が掛けられないのはカプセルホテルと同じ（男性/女性各々階が分かれており、どちらでも宿泊可能） だが、天井が高く（逆に横が少し狭い?）、圧迫感等はそれほど感じない。 鍵付きの収納、充電用コンセント・USB、テレビ、Wi-Fiも設置。 共用トイレやランドリーも客室のある各階（ランドリーは3階除く）や地下1階に設置されている。 大浴場や自動販売機は地下1階にあり、エレベーターにカードを翳して降りる。 当然ながら、男女別それぞれの入口ドアがあり、こちらでもカードを翳して入室する。 浴場内にはサウナも設置され、セルフ式ロウリュの説明書きもある。 風呂もそれなりに広かった記憶がある。 脱衣所には冷水機も設置されていてその場で水分補給出来る他、 シャワールームも設置されていて、浴場に入らずとも体を洗える。 宿泊者の利用時間は5:30-9:30,15:00-26:00（深夜2時）までで、ゆっくり入れる。 また、日帰り入浴も行われており（2020/11現在、営業時間14:00-22:00、タオル付税込1000円）、便利だと思う。 朝食（有料なので、朝食つきプランか前日にフロントで申込）は 2階のラウンジでビュッフェ形式、7:00-9:30。 8:30頃に訪れた所、客が少なかった為か 各々の量が少なくなっていた。 が、スープカレー等もあり、とても良い物だった。 立地や朝食も良く、客室や大浴場も快適で良かったので、また泊まりたい。
