Hotel 3 Bintang di Sarasota

The location is very nice and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating! Only the hallway in our floor were sprayed out with disinfectant smelly. But all overview, we are very satisfied with this booking. We really enjoyed this weekend.

Excellent hotel very clean , nice location in the City closest to everything , nice restaurant buffet and gift shop in place . I give 5 stars to this one. Excellent attention!! I will come back definitely!!!The Amish Community made a great job here!!!

This hotel is a luxurious hotel in the perfect location in downtown Sarasota. The room I stayed in was large and clean. This hotel is not the typical Embassy Suites design that is open in the middle, just so you know. I do have two minor gripes. The elevator is excruciating slow, and the televisions do not support phone casting (mirroring). The phone mirroring is important to me as it allows me to watch my content, and other hotel chains do support it, so Hilton needs to keep up with the times. Hotel television is also super slow when changing channels. I would definitely stay here again, though.

I would rate the Front Desk worker: Rashay a 10. She was friendly, helpful…..just a very pleasant person to greet guests. She is your standard for hiring people dealing with guests! The lady serving breakfast most of the time did not exhibit the hospitable personality we are use to at Marriott’s. She avoided guests by standing in the hallway behind lobby when she wasn’t busy. Guests needed to find her and ask her to replenish food/drinks.

POSITIVE: The room was nicely furnished, including a sofa, desk, fridge, and microwave. The climate control was excellent and the bed comfortable. NEGATIVE: They don't tell you that the key cards turn OFF at 11 a.m. Surprise! No safe in room, breakfast is very expensive and not that tasty -- my wife and I didn't finish one bland burrito between us. (It's not the cook's fault; the recipe needs a serious look.) There's no shuttle to the airport; guests were walking to the terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conclusion -- NOT WORTH $300+ a night.

Overall was a nice stay. Comfortable bed, room was nice, there was a few details in the room that needs to be fix (paint, cleaning, etc), but I'm going to reserve that to my self. Let's focus on the pro's Right across from Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport Hot breakfast ( I think is one of the best that I have tried) Aprox 20 min from Lido beach. Aprox 18 min from Lakewood Ranch area. (Stores and Restaurants).
