Excellent location for getting around the region. Excellent service and customer care. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is complemented by a good spa service. The hotel is complemented by a good Spa service and facial and body trea**ents. It can also be complemented with horse riding activities due to the proximity of an equestrian centre.

Good facilities and rooms, but they should improve: the friendliness of the staff. the quality of breakfast (very bad for its price) suppress the disk jockey at siesta time under the rooms (it seems implausible)

The hotel itself is fine. But the people working are not friendly at all, something weird in Asturias. It’s like they hate working there. We went there for relax and massages and on arrival we were told there was only one lady working at the spa and she was not working when we arrived or the next day we were there. No solutions offered. Also the air conditioning didn’t work properly in the upper floor rooms, so we struggled trying to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing. We won’t go back.

Quiet place, surrounded by nature very close to Ribadesella. Very nice and responsive staff. Large comfortable room very clean. The only bad thing is that the spa is not included and you have to pay for it separately

Next year I will be back to Ribadesella, but not to this hotel¡¡ Too expensive for what they offer.. Gym Is not good and also Spa, There is nothing to do in the common area, if you need to enjoy your stay, I do not recommend it. I am surprised that the swimming pool can not be used freely, and it is also uncomfortable because they put a staff to control your stay inside.

Un muy buen hotel, moderno con instalaciones nuevas y perfecto para el relax.Las habitaciones inmejorables. Por poner un "pero" pondría que deberían adecuar mejor el acceso al spa..( hay que salir un poquito por la calle , enfrente del restaurante en albornoz😅...) Muchas gracias al personal por su trato inmejorable.

Excelentes instalaciones y localización. EL trato del personal es muy amable y cercano. El restaurante goza de platos variados, a buen precio y con buena preparación. Además, las opciones que proponen del Spa, son múltiples y con buenos precios. Muy recomendable.

Gracias al personal del hotel que fue muy simpático y competente. Las habitaciones confortables, las camas estupendas. El restaurante muy agradable. El spa podía mejorar un poco. Además que se tenga que acceder desde el exterior no está bien. Sobretodo cuando uno regresa del spa con el albornoz y afuera está lloviendo y hace fresco.
