I arrived in the morning and was able to drop off my luggage for free. I could check in a bit earlier than the official check-in time. It took only 15 minutes to walk to/from the airport. I had to check out well before breakfast time but thankfully they gave me grab-and-go breakfast (bagel and apple). My room was very quiet so I slept well.

The West Wing is the ”budget” side of the Park Hotel.... Its the older part. Has some really low ceilings in the hallways - weird. We stayed in room 155 at the very far end fo an extremely long hallway. We could barely sleep due to noise. The furnace in the room was extremely loud- sounded like it was about to die and it came on constantly. The door to the room doesn't close tight so can it rattle a bit - especially when the hallway main exit door is right outside the room. Its a heavy door that really bangs when people come and go - and ends up shaking the room door as well. I have stayed on the other side before and the rooms are nice and it was quieter, but there is an extra cost. It was a bit cheaper than the other side of he hotel. Wasn't worth it. No breakfast. have to pay for parking. NO EV charger that I was aware of. Unless you have to stay downtown yo are better off to go to one of the newer hotels that have been built that offer free parking, breakfast, have a new buildings, etc. The positive is there is a comedy club onsite and also a liquor store - but neither are budget friendly :) There is a restaurant here but we didn't go to it ($$).

Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Which was too long because I prepaid online. They didn’t believe I prepaid for the hotel online and it was very stressful trying to check in dealing with the so called “manager”. I was able to prove to them it was already prepaid. But very stressful situation I felt offended they didn’t believe Me. Ruined my date night and I felt targeted as a minority . Might not be coming back to this hotel

Great place in the center of the city. The car parking (paid) is next door. This makes it easy, if you are coming by car. If via public transport, most of the bus stations are near by (2-3 min walk). The room service is good and budget friendly as well. The taste of food is good as well. Although options in breakfast buffet might be a bit limited, as coming from India, we are spoiled 🙃. But, whatever is there on the table is fresh and healthy. There is no dedicated children area, but, a small place dedicated near swimming pool. Swimming pool is nice and clean - where people from nearby community also come to teach kids swimming via a dedicated coach, who comes on the weekends. On the development side, would suggest that membership program can be improved or the pricing. If you do not book with Hilton website / app, points will not be added. In my case, the pricing difference was substantial in its own app vs other travel websites. So take your call, but, this is not related to this specific hotel.

the place was spotless, with the minor exception of the grill. But they had a publicly accessible grill!. the staff were all courteous and solicitous, and all of our needs were responded to with smiles. It was really one of the best places I have stayed, including Disney

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Saskatoon by the airport as we had an event on the long weekend. The check in was seamless, the room was spotless. There was an incident after checkout with a missing (valuable) item that was left in the room. The management team went above and beyond our expectations to rectify the incident including accessing security cameras, meeting with individual staff, etc. Communication with the manager was professional, kind, and understanding. He did everything in his power to investigate the incident. With humanity restored, we will 100% be revisiting this hotel in the near future. P.S. the incident was resolved and item was returned.
