Really amazing, location and views. Cloudy views from room itself and swimming pool. Nice hospitality.

Hotel was nothing like the pictures. Unhygienic. When i asked the staff to change the bedding they refused and said we dont provide that. Toilets were full of cockroaches. And there was a strong pungent smell in the room. The walls had leaks. It was a terrible experience overall

Had a very comfortable stay and my family was pleased that I booked this trip. All departments like Front office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security were fully committed to their duties, carrying a helping attitude ***** with a smile to handle our needs proactively. Also loved the personalised touch they have extended to my family. These small gestures bring a world of difference to your stay experience.

Hotel rooms were not clean. We tried food but it was not tasty aslo not hygienic. Services were also not good. Resort was very old and is not maintained at all.

Pros valley view big rooms cons hot water only till 11 am, that too it is not hot just not cold. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Small swimming pool, always crowded. Breakfast spread limited. We waited for 20 mins before someone cleaned our table during breakfast, people were waiting for many items like bread, butter, jam, eggs etc. Nice property, but needs lots of improvements to be a good resort.
