Excellent hotel , very good service special thank to P’Ken for very nice service

The pool villa is amazing and spacious. Breakfast is good with variety. The room is quite clean, except that I found cockroach in the master bedroom-bathroom. Also I park overnight at the parking lot in front of lobby and it turns out there is the dirt and resin from the tree all over my car. Overall it is still a good place to stay and i might probably come back.

The place was good and convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The bed was not very clean as expected, but was acceptable. Overall for the hotel was good.

Very good food

Very spacious and clean room clean pool however there are many flys and inserts around. They allow us for early check in but the check in waiting time is slightly long, we waited for 30 mins. They only told us to sit down and wait was not expecting a long wait. Overall a great experience, very relaxing experience.

We booked 2 bedrooms pool villa and ask for adjoined building which was great for us to have bigger common space on the ground floor. The rooms was spacious modern and well-appointed with kitchenette ( capsule coffee machine, microwave, sink, big friege with a pack of ice). Our room cames with 1 living room with kitchenette,small pool and 1 restroom on the ground fl. The upper floor with 1 king size bed and 1 twin ( 2 single beds). Bed was comfy. Hotel is not big but compact which offers range of facilities, including pool on the roof,spa, fitnees, restaurant and pool bar of the main lobby bulding. Beach is only accessible by hotel baggy service. Would recommend to stay in the hotel. Not really worst to go there. Staffs were really incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast offers made to order for the main dish. Also, good selection of line buffet on side too.

First time experience for this resort. It’s about 25km away from the Pattaya city. But overall it’s nice and affordable. Worth of staying.

My family in 12 people were staying in 2 adjoining villas for 3 nights there, and we all enjoyed very much. It is recommended to try staying in this luxury hotel if you do not mind the location of hotel (it needs nearly 40 minutes to travel between the hotel and downtown like Terminal 21 Mall). It has a shuttle little bus travelling between beach and hotel. The closed time for such service is 6pm. However, the staff are volunteered to drive us back to the hotel after service hours.

My recent stay at the Cross 2 Pattaya Ocean Sphere was a mix of highs and lows. While the facilities and some of the amenities were impressive, there were notable issues that impacted my overall experience. While the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. My room was not well-cleaned, and to my dismay, it was full of geckos. This made my stay uncomfortable and detracted from the overall luxury experience the hotel aims to provide. The private pool is great and relaxing but I found that it is too dark during night garden lights and surrounded are not working and make the pool not great at night, including a lot of mosquitoes around. Water pressure are not strong and I had difficulty to control hot water showers and it took an hour to fill the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying, with food varieties and unlimited bubbles. Staff in the restaurant are super attentive and friendly. While the hotel has many positive aspects, the cleanliness issues and the presence of geckos in my room significantly affected my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Despite these issues, the location, amenities, and service were commendable. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

Good location, Good Facilities, Good services

Nice atmosphere , Employee has service mind. Breakfast so delicious and had a lot of the options that we can choose. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy .

Not many shop around. If they can provide shuttle will be a lot better
