We had an unfortunate experience with the hotel reservation made through both Agoda and Direct booking channels. This situation arose due to the circumstances in Paris starting on July 12. We have taken the necessary steps to cancel our reservations. Specifically, we successfully canceled the Agoda booking and received a full refund of 357 €. Additionally, we directly contacted the hotel and emailed Mr. Nicolas regarding another booking totaling 702 €. This brings the total amount to 1,059 €. Despite our efforts, we have not received any response from Mr. Nicolas regarding the direct booking cancellation. We also attempted to communicate via phone, but the calls were answered and promptly disconnected without any meaningful conversation. It is concerning that the hotel has not been responsive to our attempts to address this matter. As customers, we believe we are entitled to either a full or partial refund. Clear and open communication is expected in such situations. We are disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance from the hotel's side. We believe that a fair resolution should be achieved promptly. Such experiences raise questions about the quality of service provided by the hotel.
