First of all, all the staff are totally unfriendly and even threatened my wife with the police just because I said what I thought, that the room stank of drains and the fridge was broken. To be honest, this is the last place I would recommend to anyone. The boss is so deceitful that he simply said I could cancel and get my money back. That wasn't true at all, as I didn't get a cent back. He never contacted me again about the situation. The whole hotel is a fraudulent rip-off. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there voluntarily, as it's absolutely disgusting and dirty. Just because someone tells me it's nice there, they must have been blind and have no idea what better hotels there are. I will definitely never go there again, nor will I travel there. I don't have to put up with that kind of thing, and I don't need it either. They should choke on the money they took from me for not having an overnight stay in this hotel. They aren't capable of serving really good food, everything tastes disgusting. I can be happy that I don't post any pictures here.

Nice Hotel. Fantastic location, directly next to Mekong River. Super friendly staff and really got food. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for a next stay at Savannakhet.

Along Mekong River, very nice view and chill atmosphere, you can relax in their cafe right next to reception. Staff were absolutely sweet and friendly, they were so helpful and provided excellent service and very hospitality. Location is great, you are very close to everything in town. Negative point : The room have some smells, not sure where it come from, especially the bathroom. Wi-fi can be better speed.

I plan to stay only 2 days because the service is good and the staff are lovely. And very close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The room is nice 😊

The WiFi signal in some rooms is a bit weak. The food and drinks are delicious. There is a park next to the hotel, which is suitable for walking and exercising. There are many places to eat nearby and the night market is also very close. Many people who come here are going to the Thai Embassy in Laos to apply for long-term visas. They can get it with money, which is much more convenient than at home. .
