It’s ok, very close to Cruise Terminal. Very friendly staff. Very small rooms and horrible bathroom door with no privacy. Breakfast good. View onto cruise terminal.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel. Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight. Generally, we could not find many Italians that speak English compared to Swiss. We had a hard time trying to ask for directions. Don't get me wrong. There are nice and helpful people around who voluntarily guide us and helped us on the bus and on the streets.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for anyone departing on a cruise from Savona, just a three-minute walk from the Costa cruise terminal. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The breakfast quality could use some improvement; while there's a good variety of food, the quality is quite basic.

The room had no windows, so it was stuffy. With the heating on, my throat was sore from the dryness. There were some drinks in the fridge, which were probably chargeable, so there was no free bottled water. There was a hair on the pillow.

This is a top choice for business travelers in Savona. The area is excellent, and the hotel chain is trustworthy and reliable. The service was excellent, with a friendly front desk and welcome drinks in the restaurant around 5 p.m. Breakfast was also up to par with the hotel's standard. Printing and emailing documents was convenient. Located in the heart of Savona's port, it's conveniently located near a variety of restaurants.

The hotel is very good, but there is no air conditioning. The hotel is located in a small harbor, with many yachts nearby and many restaurants, all of which are mainly seafood. It is very good.

We really liked it overall, the location was perfect. Close to restaurants, the port and within walking distance of the castle.

Classic business hotel, good average. Too bad there was no window opening. But overall sufficient

Good structure in an excellent position, I must point out, unfortunately the problem related to the regulation of the temperature that could not be adjusted in the room and we had to resort three times to the help of the receptionist who tried to adjust it remotely but with poor results: aided by the impossibility of opening the window we died of heat.
