Everything from the welcome to the farewell was wonderful! The people who work at this hotel made our stay truly magical. They are responsive, kind, and always ready to help. I’m very glad we chose this hotel. We also climbed the volcano, and our guide from the hotel was simply amazing

Some lovely views and a nice pool to chill around, but the breakfast is pretty basic. Be ready to fight off the flies when do eat, but this seems to be the thing around the lake and can’t be helped.

Nice location. Bit of a drive to get there, but not too bad. You will miss the turn-off to the Villa, if you're not mindful.

這個酒店比較偏僻，要是不會騎摩託車，建議還是不選擇，騎摩託車也要小心，路非常崎嶇，裏面的員工看起來比較和善，但是做錯事情引發你損失了，是無論如何不會承認的，還有一個缺點就是蒼蠅滿天飛，這個必須要心理強大才能忍受。

Bagi customer dari luar bali yg terpenting dr villa ini akses ke villa agak curam dan jalan agak naik turun di perlukan mobil yg prima dan small jgn menggunakan mobil besar agak susah View hotel ini yg terbaik di jempana dan terbesar kamarnya dan bagi sy lokasi ini sesuai untuk couple saja jika family agak kurang yg suka jalan2 karena akses jalan mau masuk dan keluar agak terjal jd mau keluar masuk akan males Overall ok dan bisa di coba bagi couple yg inginkn ketenangan

酒店周邊環境優美寧靜，房間打掃挺乾淨的，就是裝修的比較簡單，地板是瓷磚，在山上住着不穿鞋走上面特別冷，如果地板能換換就好了。有廚房可以做飯。離巴都爾火山很近，可以聯繫酒店安排爬火山事宜。氣候乾爽舒適，晚上很涼，白天太陽出來以後幾小時就能把衣服曬乾乾的。 值得注意的是進到酒店那段路超級難開，絕對挑戰開車的司機！

酒店在山上，位置有點隱蔽，稍不注意就會開錯道路。但是不影響服務人員的熱情，房間整潔，很不錯的體驗

Viewnya sangat bagus dan stafnya sangat ramah,welcome . Sungguh liburan yg menyenangkan.

We arrived at this place at 1pm and had checked out by3pm. It would have been sooner but the rooms were not ready until 2:50pm. There are no words on this earth to describe this place! Thousands and thousands of flies … swarming and landing everywhere - utterly disgusting. This is not the area as I am now in my new hotel and there is not a fly in sight. It is because the villa is surrounded by farming land and the maggots are hatching in the cow manure and turning to flies . The hotel has no control , no netting, no zapping and you cannot sit or eat outside. I don’t even want to think what the kitchen or unseen areas are like as the reception was filthy. There are dead flies in the bedsheets, on top of the wardrobes, in the pool, in the reception … everywhere. We also discovered that NO transport comes here at all! We persuaded one of the people to give us a lift - ripped us off for 300,000IDR for 30 mins in taxi. Do NOT stay here

What a great find. Well maintained property with great views over the lake and mountain. We had. Mountain View villa which was very spacious and clean with an up market feel. The staff were all so friendly and attended to every request within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Ketut and Made but they were all terrific. I will stay here again.

Nice villa in Lake Batur, stunning view, spacious room and memorable staff. Food taste amazing surprisingly, we ordered afternoon snack, dinner and never fail! I would recommend this villa for honeymooners :)

Endroit très difficile d’accès et rien aux alentours Villa soi disant « de luxe » qui n’a rien de luxe : problème d’entretien (chasse qui coule à terre dans la salle bain, évier bouché par des bouchons de dentifrices de clients précédents, pas d’eau chaude, clenche qui ne tient plus…), de propreté (ventilateur extrêmement sale qui n’a jamais été nettoyé, odeur d’humidité, murs tachés, lit draps tâchés, présence de cafard dans la villa…) Pas de nettoyage journalier prévu ni de changement de serviettes si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Personnel très gentil mais jeune et sans aucune compétence hôtelière . Carte à manger et boire très restreinte . Seul point positif : pas trop loin pour faire l’ascension du Mont Batur

Superbe expérience, petit hôtel de quelques villas, magnifique. Personnel très accueillant. Pour les fins gourmets : le restaurant fait l’affaire mais prévoir de sortir en taxi si vous restez plusieurs jours car carte modeste. Je recommande !
