Centrally located and right by the main Scarborough beach. Nice sea and beach view. Breakfast buffet were well stocked. Car park fee was a bit high considering there are other options including free parking in the vicinity. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

What I loved: Excellent location and beautiful room. Coles is just across the road,& beach is right infront of the hotel!
Pool area is just gorgeous ! Like at a villa!
What I didn’t like:
Not sure if it is design of the doors, but the heavy slamming of doors really bothered me throughout my 3nights.
No room slippers or toothpaste in the room.
Breakfast selection was disappointing.

Overall pretty good. The location is beautiful and right on the beach. The hotel itself seems a bit tired from its former days of glory. But anyway, overall a decent choice.

Always a pleasure staying here. Easy to book, great customer service and amenities. Breakfast is the best!! Location is even better

A nice and big hotel. Reasonable pricing for a big hotel. Surrounding it got eating places and Coles which is very convenient. Did not utilize any facilities as it's winter. Only downside is very funny, shower no curtain. All water splattered and very wet in the bathroom. And there is a few nails pop up on the bathroom door. My hubby was hurt when he steps on it. I was lucky not hurt nut also step on it everyday. First day reached we went to their hotel restaurant. Nice food but expensive. Carpark AUD20 per day. Convenient for us.

Our stay in the hotel is excellent, early check-ins are the best! Very cosy room with kid-friendly staff and an amazing beachfront view.
