Hotel Edita

Very loud music from a building across stopped me sleeping for hours (after an overnight flight). Hotel is beautiful but didnt get good sleep as it was too warm and no air conditioning or fans - at least I recommend fans in summer months, I got little sleep. Rooms could benefot from shampoo and conditioner.

Secluded area and very relaxing

This hotel has some of the most amazing views from a hotel I've ever seen. Beautiful hotel styled really nicely. Marked down to a 4 star because of the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. They stated that this was for "environmental reasons" but the only reason you build a new hotel without air conditioning is to cut costs. Otherwise the lobby wouldn't have air conditioning. Most of the staff were really friendly, however one of the reception staff was pretty rude, ended what she said with a smile so it didn't seem aggressive but it was extremely passive aggressive. That being said we would 100% stay here again the hotel is lovely and the views are mega. The sauna area is really nice too (if you aren't from Germany be prepared for the lack of clothes, I was overdressed in my Speedos) Hotel Edits _Please invest in some fans (air conditioning) for when it's hot. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the lack of cool air!

We stayed here 4 nichts and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are great, the surroundings are very silent, the conference rooms are great, the food is good. Only small minus was that the kitchen was a bit inflexible (only serve lunch for every one simultaneously)

Very nice hotel, modern and confort. The breakfast was good and typical from this german region. I was on a business trip but I will consider to come back for vacation.

We spent a night at Edita driving from Austria to Switzerland. And what can i say? I do hope i’ll be in the area again cause i definitely know where i’ll be staying. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. After arriving we enjoyed couple of beers at the terrace before heading to the spa area. Due to Covid one had to make reservations for it but it wasn’t a problem. The view from saunas and jacuzzi is spectacular with mountains and cows grazing. Just amazing!!! The room itself was more than comfortable, very good bed, cute pillows, safe, bathrobes, complimentary water, nothing to complain about. As we weren’t extremely hungry we decided not to have a dinner but take a couple of drinks at the bar. We also ordered flammkuchen to go with our drinks. The Italian gentleman at the bar is an amazing host and makes incredible cocktails. The young lady that helped him (Azubi) was doing a great job as well. After spending really relaxing night we headed for breakfast which was yet another highlight. There was literally everything one could wish for, including sparkling wine, gluten free corner and choice of fresh local cheeses. Can’t understand complaints here of breakfast being not enough! There are enough parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. All in all i really enjoyed my short stay there, absolutely recommend!

Schönes Hotel am Ende von Scheidegg. Sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war schön und zufällig auf der gleichen (3 Stock ) Ebene wie die Sauna. Zum Ruheraum muss man innerhalb der Sauna ein Stock höher. Sehr schön mit Panoramablick. Der Pool ist leider im Ersten Stock. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut Sortiert. Abendessen a'la Cart sehr gut mit angemessen Preisen. Menü ist auch zu empfehlen. Wein und Getränkekarte ist sehr groß und die Preis entsprechend. Nun zum wichtigsten das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen. Danke dafür.

Das Hotel präsentierte sich in einem stilvollen Mix aus modernem und traditionellem Ambiente, eine Kombination, die äußerst gelungen umgesetzt wurde. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob, stets zuvorkommend und respektvoll, was den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Ein kleiner Zwischenfall in unserem Zimmer wurde mit einem kostenlosen Late-Check-Out, der normalerweise kostenpflichtig ist, professionell und kundenfreundlich gelöst. Das kulinarische Angebot, sowohl im Saal als auch vom Room-Service, war durchweg köstlich – abgesehen vielleicht von der Pizza, die nicht ganz unseren Geschmack traf. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage des Hotels, die es ermöglicht, direkt in das winterliche Vergnügen einzutauchen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch die Temperatur des Wassers im Innen- und Außenpool. Ein paar Grad wärmer, und es wäre das perfekte, entspannende Bad gewesen. Der Whirlpool im 4. OG könnte größer sein und war oft überfüllt, da Gäste ihn über längere Zeit für sich beanspruchten. Ein weiterer Punkt, der verbesserungswürdig ist, betrifft die Anzahl der Liegen und Sofas. Leider standen nicht genügend zur Verfügung, sodass wir uns an einem Abend geschlagen geben mussten, ähnlich wie an einem überfüllten öffentlichen Strand. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden, allerdings eher unter der Woche, um dem Trubel im Wellness- und Spa-Bereich am Wochenende zu entgehen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Unser Zimmer war schön wie erwartet, das Personal freundlich. Leider konnten wir keine Massagen und Beautyanwendungen buchen da wohl zwei von drei Angestellten krank waren. Die Ruhemöglichkeiten im Poolbereich sind platzmäßig etwas eingeschränkt. Wir waren mehrere Tage hier zu Gast, etwas enttäuschend war für uns die Salatauswahl, die täglich die gleiche war. Einen täglich wechselnden mit Dressing angemachten Salat gab es zusätzlich. Es gäbe z.b.noch Bohnen, Kidney Bohnen, Rotkohl, Weißkohl oder Kartoffelsalat. Wenn man von 18.00-20.00 sein Abendessen einnimmt und man 5 nach 8 den 30%ermäßigten Cocktail möchte, geht das lt. Barmann nicht mehr, da das im PC so gespeichert ist. Finde ich etwas kleinlich, vielleicht könnte das geändert werden. Das Frühstück fanden wir OK, nur der Obstsalat war meiner Meinung nach sehr grob geschnitten.
