Excellent location and easy to find - only a ten-minute walk from Terminal 3. Check in was a bit slow, but the beds were very comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. Would be better with tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I booked here as I had an early morning flight to catch at Vienna Airport and it was by far the cheapest option with the better hotels going for over 200 Euros. The reviews were mediocre so I came in with fairly low expectations. The staff were efficient but were relatively curt and short which I do expect to a certain degree given that English is not their first language but I felt that the service I received was a bit more than could be explained by a simple language barrier. I was placed in two rooms because they were unable to find more than double occupancy. The rooms are extremely bare bones: they're about average in size but very sparsely furnished. There was a few lights, a table and chair, and that was about it. Interestingly the cleanliness was, for the most part, extremely good with the exception of some staining on the coverlet of the bed in the first room. The bathroom was also very plain, in one of the rooms I booked the shower gel was out and aside from that there wasn't much offered aside from two bath towels. Internet was surprisingly fast. Generally it wasn't a terrible stay but given the otherwise poor location for anything aside from Vienna Airport and Schwechat as well as the extremely basic room, I cannot say I'd definitely book again even given the relative price.

We booked this hotel after a nightmare day. Wrong flight booking, re-protected three times after three more mistakes from booking office, and finally two and a half delay of the flight to Wien (me, my wife and our daughter, 11). I booked this hotel while in line at the x-ray counters in the airport, maybe not super-competitive but near enough to Wien airport to allow us to take a flight the morning after without a wake-up at dawn. Unfortunately, the delay of the flight pushed our arrival at the hotel after midnight, and the front desk closes at midnight. So, another problem (the last one, fortunately). They left our key in a safe box outside the hotel, giving us the code to open it. Arrived, found the key, and had the well-deserved rest in a comfortable sized room, with very good noise insulation. Breakfast the day after was OK. Considering the day, I am sure I have been quite pushing. Still, they have been absolutely kind and solution driven. Very good job.

Hotel mit perfekter Lage für Flugreisende. Sehr sauberes Zimmer sowie ein leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

It’s not near the airport, it’s 15 minutes away by car and has no transfer service, so it’s 29 euros per taxi trip, 58 in total. It’s in the middle of nowhere near a gas station and dinner options and breakfast are very expensive. On top of that the WiFi hasn’t worked so no option to work, not even check email. I don’t understand the good reviews, I’m really puzzled. The room is clean and the dinner and breakfast were good at least, hence the two stars. But if you add both taxi trips to the price, you might do better at an hotel next to the airport since it might end up being the same price.
