Hotel berhampiran Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra, Seattle

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. Nice size mini fridge in the room, and I really appreciate that they provided some complimentary water bottles. I was staying alone and felt safe at all times. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. No issues with noise from outside or adjoining rooms. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will gladly book again if I have another work trip to the area.

KEBAIKAN: Hotel yang dihias dengan sangat baik, dengan kakitangan sambutan yang mesra. Katilnya sangat selesa dan saya suka sinki dapur dan kemudahan microwave! Bilik kelihatan bersih dan bagus. Pengangkutan mudah ke lapangan terbang. KEBURUKAN: kunci kami tidak berfungsi dan kami kembali untuk mendapatkan yang baharu. Set kedua berjaya tetapi orang lain sudah berada di dalam bilik! Eek! Kami diberi bilik lain dan itu baik, tetapi pagi ini, orang lain (tetamu? Kakitangan pembersihan?) membuka pintu kami tanpa mengetuk dan terkejut melihat kami. Eeek lagi! Kakitangan berasa malu dan meminta maaf. Kakitangan sebelum ini benar-benar merosakkan kunci dan tugasan bilik nampaknya. Mudah-mudahan hanya masalah sekali sahaja. Tetapi berhati-hati dan kunci dua kali pintu anda dan letakkan privasi anda sila daftar! Sarapan pagi ialah bijirin, bagel, jus, pisang, oren dan ”produk” yogurt manis. Saya bebas gluten dan cuba mengelakkan banyak gula jadi saya pemilih tetapi protein seperti beberapa telur rebus dan keju tali akan sangat bagus. Saya makan pisang. Ruang lobi dan sarapan sedang dibersihkan dengan bahan kimia berbau kuat manakala kami bersarapan pada pukul 8:30 pagi. Terdapat begitu banyak pilihan yang lebih selamat! Saya menggalakkan hotel untuk pergi tanpa wangian dan menggunakan produk Pilihan Selamat yang diperakui EPA yang kurang toksik kepada orang ramai.

I arrived a bit early and dropped bag and got an email to say my room was ready not long after so got to check in early. Everything just works here - friendly staff, all as expected. Gym is awesome and clean too.

Very clean, very spacious hotel. Perfect for families visiting Seattle. Easy 20 minute walk to Pioneer Square, and super easy to get to from the airport. 

Perfect location as it was only 5-10mins drive from SEA airport. The hotel shuttle comes every 30mins. Shuttle pickup location at the airport was easy to find, the challenge is flagging down the driver since there is no designated point. All hotel shuttles are at the same location and you just need to constantly look out for the right shuttle and wave to the driver.

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

I have to note that I have stayed in so many hotels relocating from the East Coast to the West Coast, and I’ve been very surprised at certain hotel chains. This hotel was a delight!! I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I was always told that you be able to know who the manager is just by their leadership skills; I knew immediately that Raj was the General Manager. His professionalism, accuracy, and customer service skills were impeccable; by far the best I’ve seen and I’ve stayed at 25 different hotels during this journey. The hotel itself is also wonderful, which reflects on management also. Every front desk employee was excellent, and I appreciate some humor, and got some from a young lady. The rooms are immaculate, and very spacious; there are a lot of places to meet all your needs in terms of toiletries, wine, and many other things. You can ask the front desk so many questions and not only will they give you the answers, but they will make sure you understand where you are going. The entire team was dressed perfectly, something I’ve noticed has been lacking in other hotels. I think it’s also in the perfect location, because your right outside of Seattle, but not in the middle of all the chaos so you have a great deal peace, but can get to the city in 15 minutes approximately, This has been my favorite hotel that we have stayed at since bouncing around the Seattle area. I applaud Raj, and all management as well as the front desk agents, you truly are all wonderful, and I felt at home but better bc the hotel is just wonderful in all respects. Thank you North Gate for restoring my faith in hotels again.

Location and comfort was the main attribute of this hotel, however the dining options all closed by 11pm and with a late flight in made it difficult. The staff also refused to assist with taking up ordered take out after 11pm and we had to leave our hotel to pick up the delivery. They said they were understaffed.
