I loved my stay to much in Kyushu Joycheng Hotel. The location is amazing with a lot of facilities and restaurants. Just 30 sec to reach Sea World. 5 min walking to reach the seaside. Amazing views from up your room. And the room is so clean and comfortable. And the stuff are very helpful specially Mr James in the reception he was amazing and so helpful and kind. Thank you Kyushu Joycheng hotel for this experience and for sure I will come back again.

It is a good location with a good environment (accessible to transportation and shopping malls). Also gave me a free upgrade, thanks!

Kerana ada persembahan di Pusat Seni Huaxia, saya memilih hotel ini. Ia hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki. Sanitasi di dalam bilik adalah baik, bersih dan kemas, dan tikar tandas pakai buang diletakkan Katilnya kering dan lembut, dan tilamnya tidak terlalu lembut. Kerana ia agak jauh dari jalan raya, anda tidak perlu risau tentang bising pada waktu malam. The room is clean, free snack bar, and the staff is really nice to extend the checkout time to 2 pm as our return bus will be late evening. The gym is amazing and the service in the changing room was great. The only thing we felt disappointed was the location of the room as it's hardly see the sunset, but it's still a nice view. If we stayed in the rooms at the right side, we probably could see it without going out to the park.......I have reflected to the staff called Rebecca and she advised me to contact her next time if booking the same type of room again. Thanks for her help.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of my best experiences ever! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome right away. The room I stayed in was magnificent—spacious and full of comfort. With a cozy sofa, ambient music, and an impressive Japanese toilet, I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis. I was particularly pleased to find a free mini bar stocked with delightful treats! One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast were simply divine, and I couldn't resist having lunch at the hotel too. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the foie gras—an exquisite delight! The hotel’s location offers a breathtaking view of the sunset, which you can admire from the reception area. It was truly spectacular and added a magical touch to my stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning soon. I absolutely loved every moment!
