GGuest UserLiving in a fog room, a separate side room. The decoration of the room makes people feel very relaxed, the bedside and table of solid wood, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep. There are not many things to play around, which is more suitable for quiet vacation healing. Unfortunately, I didn't book a bathtub room this time. I was tired for a week and I was looking forward to a good bath, but the boss said that I would upgrade the room type next time. By the way, I would go to experience the breakfast and handmade that I didn't experience this time.

NngsiuwanFirst off, the butler service was excellent. They patiently answered all my questions. I chose the Coconut Dream Suite, located on the top floor of one of the buildings. Both the building and the room had diffusers, and the overall decor clearly showed a lot of thought and effort, with every detail being spot on. From the bedding, towels, and bathroom to the interiors, balcony, and pool, everything met my exacting standards. The air conditioning, similar to a central system, was quiet and kept the room comfortably cool even at 25 degrees. The main living area featured large, folding, soundproof glass doors and windows that were thick and robust. Beyond soundproofing, they also provided decent insulation, so despite being by the sea, the indoor environment remained pleasantly breezy and quiet.
The room was equipped with a huge TV and a projector. While some movies and shows were free, I'd suggest the hotel consider offering more complimentary TV options. The hotel also runs its own bar and restaurant, which has a nice ambiance. The food, mainly barbecue, has room for improvement. There's a resident singer and saxophonist, making it a great spot for couples or young groups to check in. However, if you're not a night owl, be aware that the music from the bar can go on until around 11 PM.
Overall, the staff were friendly and made for a very pleasant stay. The location is great, offering sunrise views over the eastern horizon and being close to the ancient city. You'll have a very relaxing holiday, a beautiful place to stay, and a comfortable space to unwind.

The interior decor is simple yet stylish, with every corner thoughtfully arranged and decorative items that show a real artistic touch. The outdoor courtyard is also fantastic, with white archways, lush greenery, and a sparkling pool. When the lights come on at night, the ambiance is incredible, making you feel like you're in a romantic resort. The comfort level was beyond words; the bedding in the room was incredibly soft and felt great against the skin – lying on it was like being wrapped in a cloud, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The amenities were also complete, convenient to use, and felt high-quality. The bar in the common area had a really chic design; sitting on a high stool with a drink was incredibly relaxing. And the scenery was simply stunning! The large window in the room was like a 'picture frame.' During the day, you could see green trees, distant mountains, and water under blue skies and white clouds, offering a wide-open view that instantly brightened my mood. In the evening, the sunset glow spilled in, painting the sky a warm yellow – it was so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away. Any photo taken looked like a postcard. The hygiene was also very reassuring; the furniture and bathroom in the room were spotless, without a speck of dust, and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. You could really feel the guesthouse's strict attention to hygiene, making for a very comfortable and worry-free stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely amazing. The first thing that won me over was the view from my room I’ve never had a room with such a breathtaking view before. Truly stunning. I really liked the staff everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Phoebe and the rest of the team were just wonderful. They were always ready to help and easy to reach whenever I needed anything.The beach is beautiful, though security only allows swimming in a specific area, which isn’t very convenient. Still, it didn’t spoil my stay.Overall, a lovely place and a great hotel. I really hope to come back one day.

We booked a 'mystery room' and used a Ctrip upgrade voucher, ending up with a partial sea view room. Though not spacious, the room was spotless, and the mattress and bedding were especially comfortable – we slept soundly.
The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, only charging a 200 RMB deposit with no additional cleaning fee – a truly thoughtful touch! Downstairs, there's a quiet, clean private beach where our dog had an absolute blast. After playing, we'd just chill on the terrace, enjoying the sea breeze – truly the perfect vacation vibe. (Note: Sea access prohibited after 7 PM.)
The only minor drawback was the limited dining options nearby, but overall, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to friends with pets!

MM308986****This trip was really amazing with this sea view room! The room faces the sea. You can see the beautiful sea view every day when you wake up, which instantly brightens your mood.
The public area has abundant facilities, including a piano where you can play a tune in your spare time to create a great atmosphere; there is also a swimming pool where you can swim and enjoy a relaxing time; billiards and table tennis are also very fun, and you can play with friends and have constant laughter. The facilities are well maintained and the experience is great.
The service staff is friendly and the check-in experience is great. Next time I go on vacation, I will choose this place!

Check-in/Check-out: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The process was smooth, and I didn’t encounter any issues. The same goes for check-out—it was simple and hassle-free. The staff were accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth departure.
Room Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the modern decor and amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The bed was cozy, which made for a restful night’s sleep. My only minor issue was that the room felt a little smaller than expected, but nothing that really detracted from the overall comfort.
Staff Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff at Estay Residence really stood out. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
