Recently, I had taken a room and stayed at Boulevard Hotel, Al Khoud, Seeb, Oman to deal with some business enquiries. To be honest, the hygiene and neatness of the room was very much appreciable. The room and the surroundings was very well-kept by the staff members. However, there was a great problem that I noticed with the staff members working in the Restaurant Department. When I started to have my breakfast, the vegetables in the sandwich had a very rotten taste and were very watery. The bread tasted very rough and hard as though it had expired. I found an insect in the juice. I reported these problems to the waiter. Meanwhile, the waiter remained silent. As I saw the silence being kept by the waiter, I asked him that I wanted to meet his manager. When I met the manager, I told all the things that had happened there. However, the manager shouted and protested as though the fault was by my side. I went to many hotels and had many kinds of food but I did not have this type of horrible experience. Therefore, I request the hotel management to take immediate action against the whole restaurant staff members who have been betraying many people, who have been trusting them, knowingly or unknowingly.
